L1010 — UV LED Flood Curing Lamp, 10″ × 10″ Irradiation Area

Incure L1010 scales the L88's RS232 automation control and C191C chamber credentials to a 10″ × 10″ zone — 56% more curing area with no change in control architecture or integration requirements. Where the L88 covers an 8-inch square in one pass, the L1010 reaches the full 10-inch assembly: larger PCB panels, wider conformal coating sections, and tray-based batch workflows that exceed the L88's 64 sq. in. envelope.

56% More Curing Area Than the L88 — Same RS232 and C191C Compatibility

The L1010 expands from 64 sq. in. (L88) to 100 sq. in. without a change in control interface or chamber pairing. RS232 serial control for host-driven automation, C191C chamber compatibility for controlled-environment batch cure, and the same LCD/foot-switch/PLC inputs are all present — the only difference is the irradiation zone. Processes that outgrew the L88 move to the L1010 without rewiring or reconfiguring.

Covers Full 10-Inch PCB Panel Assemblies Without Repositioning

10″ × 10″ is a common PCB panel and substrate tray format in electronics manufacturing. The L1010 covers this format in a single uninterrupted exposure — no repositioning, no overlapping cure zones, no dose variation at seams. For panel-level conformal coating cure or multi-joint adhesive cure, a single L1010 cycle replaces the two-pass L88 workflow on panels that span the 8-to-10-inch range.

Example P/NL1010-365

Irradiance values measured at 100% output intensity at the specified working distance. Peak intensity at 385/395/405 nm configurations exceeds 365 nm output for the L1010 array — this is a characteristic of the LED die efficiency at these wavelengths. Static uniformity measured as minimum/maximum intensity ratio across the irradiation area. LED lifespan rated at greater than 20,000 operating hours under standard conditions; no recalibration or bulb replacement required during normal service life.
