L11 — UV LED Flood Curing Lamp, 1″ × 1″ Irradiation Area

Incure L11 is the most precisely targeted flood lamp in the L-Series™ — its 1″ × 1″ irradiation area concentrates UV where the bond line is and nowhere else. On dense PCB assemblies where adjacent SMT components sit within millimetres of the cure point, a wider flood array over-irradiates the board; the L11 keeps the full dose on the joint. Same 4,300 mW/cm² output as the L22 at 385/395/405 nm — the only difference is the footprint.

Smallest Array in the L-Series™ — No Over-Irradiation of Adjacent Components

The L11's 1″ × 1″ LED array delivers UV exactly over the cure zone. Where larger L-Series™ models cover areas 4× to 196× as wide, the L11 limits UV exposure to a 1-inch square — the footprint of a single bond pad, sensor mount, or optical component. No aperture mask, no supplementary shielding required to protect surrounding components.

Pairs Directly With Incure C-Series™ Chambers for Controlled Batch Cure

The L11 is dimensionally matched to the Incure C131C, C131D, and C141C cure chambers — mount the lamp into the chamber and the curing area fills the chamber window without dead zones. Timer mode and continuous mode are switchable from the front panel; the foot-switch and PLC inputs allow the same L11 to run manual workstations or automated fixtures without reconfiguration.

Peak irradiance at 2″ working distance: 4,300 mW/cm² at 385 nm, 395 nm, or 405 nm; 3,600 mW/cm² at 365 nm. Static uniformity 0.78 at 2.0″ working distance. Wavelength factory-configured at order (365 / 385 / 395 / 405 nm); LED life rated at greater than 20,000 hours — no bulb replacement during normal service life.

Irradiance values measured at 100% output intensity at the specified working distance. Peak wavelength at 385/395/405 nm configurations exceeds 365 nm output — the L11 and L22 arrays achieve higher irradiance at visible-edge wavelengths due to LED efficiency characteristics. Static uniformity measured as minimum/maximum intensity ratio across the irradiation area. LED lifespan rated at greater than 20,000 operating hours under standard conditions; no recalibration or bulb replacement required during normal service life.
