L1212 — UV LED Flood Curing Lamp, 12″ × 12″ Irradiation Area

Incure L1212 brings the L-Series™ to the 12-inch PCB panel format — a standard substrate dimension in electronics and power device manufacturing. It delivers 44% more curing area than the L1010 (144 sq. in. vs. 100 sq. in.) with the same RS232 automation interface and C191C chamber compatibility. For processes that overhang the 10-inch boundary, the L1212 is the direct scale-up: one exposure, the full panel, no repositioning.

44% More Curing Area Than the L1010 — Reaches the 12-Inch Panel Format

The L1212 steps from 100 sq. in. (L1010) to 144 sq. in. without a change in control architecture. RS232, C191C chamber compatibility, LCD front panel, foot-switch, and PLC I/O carry forward unchanged. The upgrade path from L1010 to L1212 is a lamp swap — no reconfiguration of the automation or chamber integration required.

One Pass Cures an Entire 12-Inch PCB Panel

12″ × 12″ matches the full-panel format used in mid-volume and high-volume PCB production, power module assembly, and large-format conformal coating. A single uninterrupted L1212 exposure eliminates the two-pass overlap patterns that arise when an L1010 is used on panels that extend into the 10-to-12-inch range. No dose variation at seam lines, no fixture repositioning between passes.

Irradiance values measured at 100% output intensity at the specified working distance. Peak intensity at 385/395/405 nm configurations exceeds 365 nm output for the L1212 array — this is a characteristic of the LED die efficiency at these wavelengths.
