L1414 — UV LED Flood Curing Lamp, 14″ × 14″ Irradiation Area
Incure L1414 is the largest model in the L-Series™ — a 14″ × 14″ irradiation zone covering 196 sq. in. in a single exposure. Where the L1212 reaches the 12-inch panel format, the L1414 extends to the 14-inch boundary: large-format PCB assemblies, industrial substrate trays, and multi-row SMT panels that outgrow the L1212 envelope. RS232 serial control and C191C chamber compatibility are retained from the L88 and above. At this array scale, irradiance is 950 mW/cm² at 385/395/405 nm — sufficient for most UV-curable adhesives and conformal coatings at extended exposure times or elevated working distance.
44% More Curing Area Than the L1212 — The Full 14-Inch Panel Format
The L1414 expands from 144 sq. in. (L1212) to 196 sq. in. — the largest irradiation area in the L-Series™. The RS232 interface, C191C chamber compatibility, and LCD/foot-switch/PLC control inputs are identical to the L1212. Production lines that outgrew the 12-inch boundary move to the L1414 without rewiring or re-integrating the automation layer.
Eliminates Multi-Pass Repositioning on Large Industrial Assemblies
14″ × 14″ covers large-format PCB panels, substrate trays, and industrial bonding fixtures in one uninterrupted exposure. No partial-area overlaps, no seam-line dose variation, no fixture repositioning between passes. For assemblies that span the 12-to-14-inch range, the L1414 replaces the two-pass L1212 workflow and removes the repositioning step from the cycle time.
950 mW/cm² Across a 14″ × 14″ Area (1,764 LEDs at 385/395/405 nm)
1,764-LED array; peak irradiance at 2″ working distance: 950 mW/cm² at 385 nm, 395 nm, or 405 nm; 800 mW/cm² at 365 nm. Wavelength factory-configured at order (365 / 385 / 395 / 405 nm); LED life rated at greater than 20,000 hours. At 196 sq. in., the L1414 delivers more total UV power to the assembly per cycle than any smaller L-Series™ model.

Irradiance values measured at 100% output intensity at the specified working distance. Peak intensity at 385/395/405 nm configurations exceeds 365 nm output for the L1414 array — this is a characteristic of the LED die efficiency at these wavelengths. At larger array formats, irradiance per unit area decreases as total power is distributed across a wider zone; applications requiring higher irradiance at this format should consult Incure engineering to evaluate the W-Series™ water-cooled area curing systems. LED lifespan rated at greater than 20,000 operating hours under standard conditions.
