L22 — UV LED Flood Curing Lamp, 2″ × 2″ Irradiation Area
Incure L22 delivers 4× the curing area of the L11 at the same 4,300 mW/cm² output — a 2″ × 2″ flood that moves from single-joint to multi-joint cure without an intensity trade-off. Where the L11 targets one bond line, the L22 covers a 2″ × 2″ zone in a single cycle: four discrete bond points, a full gasket ring, or a conformal-coated section too large for the L11 to reach in one pass. Same controller, same auto-ranging power supply, same C-Series chamber compatibility.

The L22 scales from the L11's 1″ × 1″ to a 2″ × 2″ irradiation area with no reduction in peak intensity — both deliver 4,300 mW/cm² at 2″ working distance (385/395/405 nm). Engineers upgrading from an L11 to cure a larger assembly or add a parallel bond line do not re-qualify cure time: the same adhesive, the same irradiance, a larger zone.
Reduces Cure Cycles on Multi-Joint Assemblies
A 2″ × 2″ flood covers four 1-inch bond points simultaneously — what the L11 handles in four sequential placements, the L22 handles in one. For assemblies with multiple closely spaced adhesive joints (sensor mounts, PCB stiffener bonds, multi-point optics), fewer cure cycles mean shorter tact time and fewer operator touches per part.
