L44 — UV LED Flood Curing Lamp, 4″ × 4″ Irradiation Area

Incure L44 delivers 78% more curing area than the L33 in a 4″ × 4″ array — the largest L-Series™ model that still fits within the C131C, C131D, and C141C chamber envelopes. Where the L33 covers 9 sq. in., the L44 covers 16 sq. in. in a single exposure: a full board section, a large conformal coating panel, or a multi-joint pattern too wide for the L33 to reach in one pass. Step above the L44 to the L64 and C-Series™ chamber compatibility drops off entirely.

78% More Curing Area Than the L33 — Still Sized for C-Series™ Chambers

The L44 is 16 sq. in. versus the L33's 9 sq. in. — the same C131C, C131D, and C141C chamber compatibility, but with enough area to cover 4-inch assemblies in one uninterrupted pass. The L64, the next model up, has no chamber-compatible option: moving to the L44 is the last opportunity to gain area while retaining controlled-environment batch cure capability.

Maximizes Throughput in Chamber-Based Processes

In a timed batch process inside a C-Series™ chamber, cure time is fixed by the adhesive, not by the lamp area. The L44 fills that fixed time window with the widest possible irradiation zone — curing more assembly area per cycle than any other L-Series™ model that fits the chamber. For processes that run multiple cure cycles per hour, the larger footprint directly reduces the number of repositioning steps per batch.

Irradiance values measured at 100% output intensity at the specified working distance. Peak intensity at 385/395/405 nm configurations exceeds 365 nm output for the L44 array — this is a characteristic of the LED die efficiency at these wavelengths. Static uniformity measured as minimum/maximum intensity ratio across the irradiation area. LED lifespan rated at greater than 20,000 operating hours under standard conditions; no recalibration or bulb replacement required during normal service life. The L44 is the largest L-Series™ model compatible with Incure C131C, C131D, and C141C chambers; larger models (L64 and above) do not have a chamber-compatible option in the C-Series™ range.
