L64 — UV LED Flood Curing Lamp, 6″ × 4″ Irradiation Area
Incure L64 is the first L-Series™ model that steps beyond the C-Series™ compact chamber envelope — its 6″ × 4″ irradiation area exceeds what the C131C, C131D, C141C, and C191C housings can accommodate, making it the entry point for open-floor and inline production curing. The non-square footprint covers PCB panel formats and multi-row SMT assemblies without repositioning. It carries 50% more curing area than the L44 at the same 1,900 mW/cm² peak output.
First Model Beyond the C-Series™ Chamber Envelope — Production-Floor Scale
The L44 is the largest model that fits the C-Series™ compact chambers. The L64 is the next step up — at 6″ × 4″ it exceeds the C191C chamber's internal aperture as well, so it operates as a standalone flood source on a bench fixture, a conveyor, or a custom production jig. Applications that outgrew the 4-inch chamber-based workflow move to the L64 without sacrificing intensity.
6″ × 4″ Non-Square Footprint Matches PCB Panel and Multi-Row SMT Formats
PCB panels, multi-row SMT assemblies, and rectangular adhesive patterns frequently fit a 6″ × 4″ envelope more naturally than a square array. The L64's non-square irradiation zone aligns with these common production geometries — covering the full work area in one pass without the lateral waste or repositioning step that a larger square array would introduce for a narrow panel.

Peak intensity at 385/395/405 nm configurations exceeds 365 nm output for the L64 array — this is a characteristic of the LED die efficiency at these wavelengths. Static uniformity measured as minimum/maximum intensity ratio across the irradiation area. LED lifespan rated at greater than 20,000 operating hours under standard conditions; no recalibration or bulb replacement required during normal service life.
