L812 — UV LED Flood Curing Lamp, 8″ × 12″ Irradiation Area
Incure L-Series™ L812 is a 8″ × 12″ UV LED flood curing lamp for uniform area curing of UV adhesives, coatings and inks. Like every L-Series™ model it is built in two LED array densities — Standard Power (SP, 1.5 W/cm², 480 LEDs) and High Power (HP, 2.5 W/cm², 864 LEDs) — and factory-configured to 365, 385, 395 or 405 nm. Chamber compatibility and control options are confirmed at quotation.
8″ × 12″ Irradiation Area (203 mm × 305 mm)
A uniform 8″ × 12″ flood field for curing parts, boards or fixtures in one exposure, with a recommended curing distance of 1″ – 3″. Static uniformity 0.78 at 2.0″ and 0.62 at 3.0″ working distance.
Standard Power or High Power — 480 or 864 LEDs
SP arrays carry 5 LEDs per square inch for 1.5 W/cm²; HP arrays carry 9 LEDs per square inch for 2.5 W/cm². For the L812 that is 480 LEDs (SP) or 864 LEDs (HP) over the 8″ × 12″ window. Choose SP for routine adhesive and coating cure, HP for thick sections, pigmented materials or the shortest cycle times. The power level is chosen at order.
Timer or Continuous Operation, Forced-Air Cooling
Switchable timer and continuous modes; control interface confirmed at quotation. 100 – 240 V auto-ranging input, forced-air cooling with louvers, and an expected LED life of more than 20,000 hours with no bulb changes or recalibration.
