L88 — UV LED Flood Curing Lamp, 8″ × 8″ Irradiation Area

Incure L88 is where L-Series™ production integration starts in earnest — it is the first model with RS232 serial control and the first square-format model with C191C chamber compatibility. Where the L64 accepts foot-switch or PLC triggers, the L88 accepts direct RS232 commands for host-controlled, line-integrated cure sequences. The 8″ × 8″ zone covers 2.67× the area of the L64 in a symmetric square format suited to panel-level and tray-based curing workflows.

Adds RS232 for Line-Integrated Cure Control — Beyond Foot-Switch and PLC

L11 through L64 expose foot-switch input and PLC digital I/O — both require a physical trigger signal per cycle. The L88 adds RS232 serial communication, enabling a host controller or MES to send timed cure commands, read back status, and log dose data without operator intervention. For automated assembly lines where cure parameters are set by the host, RS232 removes the last manual touchpoint from the UV station.

C191C Chamber Compatible — Controlled Environment at Full Scale

The L88 pairs with the Incure C191C chamber — the large-format controlled-environment enclosure in the C-Series™ range. Processes that require a light-tight enclosure, defined atmosphere, or temperature-regulated batch cure environment can use the L88 in the C191C without compromising the 8″ × 8″ curing zone. The L64 below and L1010 above share the same RS232 control, but the L88 is the smallest model that fits the C191C.

Irradiance values measured at 100% output intensity at the specified working distance. Peak intensity at 385/395/405 nm configurations exceeds 365 nm output for the L88 array — this is a characteristic of the LED die efficiency at these wavelengths. Static uniformity measured as minimum/maximum intensity ratio across the irradiation area. LED lifespan rated at greater than 20,000 operating hours under standard conditions; no recalibration or bulb replacement required during normal service life. RS232 serial control is available on L88 and all larger L-Series™ models; smaller models (L11–L64) use foot-switch and PLC control only.
