The B500, the other B-Series™ chamber, offers a 9″×9″ internal space that fits every F-Series™ portable and compact model from the F100 through the F500, but the F900P’s footprint exceeds that space entirely.
A One-to-One Pairing, Not a Universal Fit
The F900P’s 16″×12″ curing area is larger than the B500’s 9″×9″ internal clearance can accept — only the B201’s 12.5″×22.0″×16.4″ interior provides room for it. This is a deliberate one-to-one pairing rather than a scaled-up general-purpose enclosure: the B201 was sized around the F900P’s dimensions specifically, and the F900P is the only lamp head that fills the B201’s internal space. There is no universal B-Series™ chamber that spans the whole F-Series™ lineup; smaller lamps pair with the B500, and the F900P pairs with the B201.

Integrated Chamber Temperature Sensor — a Feature the B500 Doesn’t Carry
The B201 includes an integrated chamber temperature sensor that the B500 does not. The F900P’s four-lamp, 2,400W total output generates meaningfully more heat in an enclosed space than a single portable lamp head, and the temperature sensor provides real-time data for process monitoring, thermal profiling, and cure validation. For production environments that need documented cure conditions as part of a quality record, the B201’s sensor supports process documentation the B500 has no way to generate.

Compatibility Is Strict, Not Approximate
The B201 is compatible with the F900P UV arc flood lamp only — the F100, F200, F100P, F200P, F400, and F500 all specify the B500 instead. Internal curing dimensions are clear-space measurements; actual usable cure area is still governed by the F900P’s 16″×12″ curing footprint itself, not the full chamber interior. This distinction matters when planning fixture clearance inside the enclosure.

Fixtures, part-holding jigs, and any masking used to shield adjacent areas from UV should be planned against the actual internal dimensions rather than assumed to have generous margin, particularly given the chamber’s tool-free top-mounted lamp configuration and adjustable shelf, both of which constrain how much vertical clearance remains once a fixture is in place.
Confirming Enclosed Operation Before Committing to the F900P
