The Smallest Enclosed Cure Environment in the C-Series™

The Incure C131C is a UV LED curing chamber with a 7.1″×7.1″×7.1″ (180 mm × 180 mm × 180 mm) internal curing space — the smallest cubic chamber in the C-Series™ range, compatible with the L11, L22, L33, and L44 UV LED flood lamps. Where the C141C’s 11.8″×11.8″×11.8″ interior is built for batch curing multiple components, the C131C’s cube is sized for a single three-dimensional component, an R&D sample, or an adhesive qualification piece — with no excess volume to manage.

Smallest Footprint in the C-Series™ — Fits Where the C141C Cannot

At 9.1″×9.1″×9.1″ external, the C131C occupies noticeably less bench area than any other C-Series™ chamber — the C141C’s 14.2″×14.2″×14.2″ external cube takes up roughly 2.4× the footprint. For cleanroom stations, shared lab benches, QC inspection positions, and R&D areas where only one sample gets cured at a time, that footprint difference determines whether the chamber actually fits the available space.

Matching Chamber Volume to the Actual Part

The 7.1″×7.1″×7.1″ internal space accommodates a typical single component, bonded assembly, or R&D sample without the excess volume that would otherwise force longer exposure times to compensate for lamp-to-part distance at unoccupied positions inside a larger chamber. For adhesive qualification, bonding trials, and prototype cure runs specifically, keeping process scale matched to the actual part matters — it keeps the qualification run consistent with what a production-scale cure will actually deliver, rather than introducing a chamber-volume variable that a full-size batch run won’t share.

Fixed Chamber Height — No Adjustable Shelf

Unlike the C141C and C191C, the C131C has a fixed chamber height with no adjustable shelf; lamp-to-part distance is set by the 7.1-inch internal space and cannot be changed. For a process that needs to vary curing distance for different part heights, that’s a real constraint worth weighing against the smaller footprint — the C141C’s adjustable shelf covers that use case within the same L11–L44 lamp compatibility.

Safety, Control, and Housing

A drawer-activated UV shut-off cuts output the moment the chamber is opened. Control interface options are foot-switch, PLC, or RS-232. Cooling is forced-air with louvers, and there’s no integrated chamber temperature sensor on this model.

Choosing Between the C-Series™ Chambers

The C131C is compatible with L11, L22, L33, and L44 UV LED flood lamps only. For flat substrates that need horizontal loading, the C131D’s 11.8″×11.8″×3.1″ drawer format is the better fit. For general-purpose batch curing that needs more internal volume, the C141C’s 11.8″×11.8″×11.8″ cube covers that case within the same lamp range. Why a Qualification Chamber Should Match Production Scale

A qualification run performed in a chamber with substantially more internal volume than a production-scale chamber will use can introduce a variable the eventual production process won’t share — extra reflected or scattered UV inside the larger enclosure, or a different effective working distance to unoccupied chamber space. Running qualification trials in the C131C, sized specifically to the scale of a single part, keeps that variable out of the data. When the same adhesive and part later move to a batch-format chamber like the C141C for production, the qualification numbers established in the C131C carry over more reliably because the chamber-volume mismatch was never a factor in the first place.

Drawer-Activated Shut-Off as the Only Safety Interlock

Because the C131C has no adjustable shelf and a fixed 7.1-inch chamber height, its drawer-activated UV shut-off is the sole mechanism standing between the operator and direct UV exposure — there’s no shelf position to double-check and no variable geometry to account for during a safety review. That simplicity is part of what makes the C131C straightforward to validate for a lab or QC station: the interlock behavior is the same every time, regardless of what part is loaded, as long as it fits within the fixed internal cube.
