The Incure F900P is a large-area programmable UV arc flood curing lamp covering a 16″×12″ area — four times the F200P’s 8″×6″ footprint — in a single, uninterrupted pass, at the same 350 mW/cm² intensity and the same programmable dose control as the F200P. For panel-level assembly, multi-board fixturing, or large-format bonding where the F200P would need multiple passes or repositioning to cover the full area, the F900P removes those steps entirely. It requires 200–240 VAC only and is compatible with the Incure B201 UV cure chamber.

An LCD display, digital keypad, and fully programmable operation enable automated exposure sequences — dose, interval, and repeat cycles can all be set for line-integrated batch curing rather than a single manual trigger. The integrated retractable shade shutter keeps all four lamps continuously lit between cycles, removing the warm-up delay a cold-started arc lamp would otherwise introduce between parts.

Four individually replaceable 600W metal halide arc lamps deliver 2,400W total arc power — broadband UVA (315–400 nm), UVB (280–315 nm), and visible output to 420 nm — at 350 mW/cm² across the full 16″×12″ area at 2.0-inch working distance, 175 mW/cm² at 3.0 inches. Lamp life is rated at roughly 2,000 hours per bulb, and because each of the four lamps is individually replaceable, end-of-life maintenance is done one bulb at a time rather than as a full-unit replacement.

Where the F900P Sits in the F-Series™ Range

The F900P is the large-format outlier in the Incure F-Series™ UV Arc Flood Lamps lineup — every other model in the range tops out at an 8″×6″ curing area, and the F900P’s 16″×12″ footprint is purpose-built for the panel and multi-board scale that the rest of the family isn’t sized to reach.

Four-Lamp Redundancy Changes the Downtime Calculation

Because the F900P’s 2,400W total output comes from four individually replaceable 600W lamps rather than a single arc source, a bulb reaching end of life doesn’t necessarily mean taking the whole unit offline the way it would on a single-lamp F-Series™ model.
