Incure&#8217;s Uni-Seal\u2122 line replaces that with a form-in-place bead that dispenses directly onto the part and cures under UV light in seconds, spanning Shore A5 elastomers to Shore D85 rigid sealants across roughly two dozen grades built for different compression and sealing demands.<\/p>\n<h3>Two Hardness Families Solve Different Sealing Problems<\/h3>\n<p>The Shore A grades \u2014 1366, 3301, 3339, and the 3368 family (3368, 3368B, 3368G, 3368GB) \u2014 are soft, compressible elastomers running from A01 up to A37, formulated to compress under clamp load the way a rubber O-ring or foam gasket does, delivering IP68-rated waterproofing with genuine give at the seal line. 3339, at A5\u2013A15, is built specifically as a form-in-place gasket replacement for that application.
