Six Lamp Models, One Chamber — No Matching Exercise Required
The B500’s compatibility with F100, F200, F100P, F200P, F400, and F500 means a lab or production floor running more than one F-Series™ model doesn’t need a chamber for each — one B500 unit covers the complete B500-compatible range. Lamp heads mount tool-free on the chamber top, and adjustable shelf positions let curing distance be set for the specific part height without any hardware changes between lamp swaps.
Internal Space and Control Interface
Internal curing dimensions: 9″×9″×10.4″ (229 mm × 229 mm × 264 mm); external footprint: 11.8″×11.6″×12.1″ (300 mm × 295 mm × 307 mm). A dual D-sub connector supports PC, PLC, and foot-pedal control interfaces, and cooling is forced-air. Unlike the B201, the B500 does not include an integrated chamber temperature sensor — for production environments that require documented thermal data as part of cure validation, the B201 is the chamber that provides it.
When the B500 Isn’t the Right Fit
Parts requiring more internal space than 9″×9″×10.4″ provides, or lamps beyond the F100–F500 range — specifically the F900P, whose 16″×12″ curing footprint exceeds the B500’s clearance entirely — are handled by the B201 instead. Internal curing dimensions are clear-space measurements; actual usable cure area is limited further by whichever compatible lamp head’s own curing footprint is installed.
One Chamber Within a Larger Curing Platform

Shelf Adjustment as a Practical Process Control
The B500’s adjustable shelf positions matter beyond simply fitting a taller or shorter part — curing distance directly affects delivered irradiance, since UV output falls off with distance from the lamp. A process qualified at one shelf position should stay at that position for subsequent production runs, and any change in shelf height for a new part geometry should be treated as a process change requiring re-qualification of cure time, not a routine adjustment made without documentation. Because the B500 has no integrated temperature sensor, tracking shelf position alongside cure time is one of the more direct ways to keep a qualified process repeatable on this chamber.
Loading and Unloading Considerations
