The 600W metal halide arc lamp delivers broadband UVA (315–400 nm), UVB (280–315 nm), and visible output to 420 nm — 350 mW/cm² at 2.0-inch working distance, 175 mW/cm² at 3.0 inches. Lamp life is rated at roughly 2,000 hours, forced-air cooled, auto-ranging 100–120/200–240 VAC input. The unit weighs 11 lb at 11″×10″×9″ — physically identical to the F100.
Manual Control as a Deliberate Choice, Not a Missing Feature
The F200 doesn’t carry the F200P’s programmable timed exposure or user-adjustable intensity control — but for stations where a trained operator’s manual start/stop is already the established workflow, that’s not a gap. It’s the same tradeoff the F100 makes at a lower output tier: simplicity over automation, on the assumption that operator consistency is already adequate for the process.
Where the F200 Sits in the F-Series™ Range

When the Intensity Jump Actually Pays Off
The 56% intensity increase over the F100 is most valuable on formulations where cure time is genuinely irradiance-limited rather than time-limited — a slow-reacting adhesive that needs a minimum dose to fully cross-link benefits directly from higher peak intensity, while a fast-reacting formulation that already cures well within an acceptable cycle time on the F100 may see little practical benefit from the upgrade. Before specifying the F200 over the F100 purely to shorten cycle time, confirming the target adhesive’s actual cure kinetics against both intensity levels avoids paying for output the process doesn’t need.
Verifying Output as the Lamp Ages
