Where we ship

Orders placed through incurelab.com can be delivered to addresses in the United States and Singapore only. Checkout will not accept a delivery address in any other country.

Which Incure entity supplies you, and which law governs the sale, follows the delivery address — see Section 2 of the Terms. If you need delivery elsewhere, contact support@uv-incure.com and we will quote separately; such orders are subject to export screening, additional documentation and separate terms.

We do not deliver to PO boxes, freight-forwarder addresses we have not approved, or residential addresses for dangerous-goods consignments. Deliveries must be to a commercial or institutional address able to receive and sign for the goods during business hours.

Lead times and dispatch

ProductTypical dispatch
Catalogue adhesives, coatings and accessories held in stock1–3 business days from order acceptance
Standard UV curing systems, lamps and conveyors5–15 business days
Blended, repackaged, cut or made-to-order itemsQuoted at order — commonly 2–4 weeks
Items not held in stockAdvised on acceptance of your order

These are typical times for dispatch from our facility, not delivery times, and they run from acceptance of your order (see Terms, s.4), not from when you place it. Transit time is additional and depends on the service you select.

Orders received after 14:00 local time at the dispatching facility, or on a weekend or public holiday, are processed the next business day. Payment must have cleared before dispatch. If we need to verify your details, screen the order, or obtain a Safety Data Sheet acknowledgement, dispatch begins when that is complete.

Carriers and freight charges

  • Your carrier account. Where you provide a carrier and account number at checkout, we ship freight-collect on that account. You are responsible for all charges the carrier raises, including dangerous-goods fees, fuel and residential surcharges, and for any claim against that carrier.
  • Our arrangement. Where you ask us to arrange freight, we select a suitable carrier and service and charge the freight, insurance, dangerous-goods surcharge, packaging and handling to your order. The amount is shown at checkout or on the invoice.
  • Consolidation. We may consolidate multiple orders into one shipment where it is practical and lawful to do so.
  • Freight, surcharges and handling charges are not refundable on a change-of-mind return — see the Returns & Refunds Policy.

Dangerous goods

Many of our Products are classified as dangerous goods or hazardous materials for transport. This affects how they can be carried, how quickly, and at what cost.

  • Dangerous-goods consignments are packed, marked, labelled and documented by trained staff in accordance with the applicable regulations — the US Department of Transportation Hazardous Materials Regulations (49 CFR) for domestic US movements, and the IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations or IMDG Code for air and sea movements.
  • Some Products cannot travel by air at all, and others cannot travel on passenger aircraft. Where you select an air service for a Product that cannot take it, we will contact you and offer the nearest compliant alternative. This can add several days, and for sea freight considerably longer.
  • Carriers apply dangerous-goods surcharges per consignment and sometimes per package. These are charged to you.
  • Quantity limits per package and per consignment may require an order to be split across multiple boxes or shipments, each attracting its own charge.
  • Cyanoacrylates, certain UV resins, solvent-containing coatings, aerosols and lithium-battery-containing equipment each carry their own restrictions.
  • You must be able to lawfully receive, store and handle dangerous goods at the delivery address. Some sites require prior notification to a receiving or EHS department; arranging that is your responsibility.

Safety Data Sheets

We supply the current Safety Data Sheet with or before the first shipment of any chemical Product, and an updated SDS whenever one is issued. Read it before you receive, store, open or use the Product. You can request an SDS at any time from support@uv-incure.com. Your obligations for safe handling, PPE, storage and disposal are set out in Section 19 of the Terms.

Temperature-controlled Products

Some adhesives and pre-mixed frozen products must be shipped refrigerated or frozen, on dry ice or gel packs, using an expedited service. For these Products:

  • We dispatch only on days that avoid a weekend or holiday in transit, so the requested dispatch date may move.
  • Cold-chain packaging, coolant and expedited freight are charged in addition to the price.
  • You must move the Product into correct storage immediately on receipt. Warranty cover is lost if it is left on a dock — see Terms, s.11.
  • Dry ice is itself a regulated dangerous good and may restrict the routing available.

Remaining shelf life on arrival varies by Product and by how long the consignment spends in transit and in customs. If you need a minimum remaining shelf life, tell us before ordering and we will confirm what we can supply.

Title and risk of loss

Risk of loss and damage passes to you when the products are handed to the carrier at our facility (FCA our facility, Incoterms 2020), whether or not we arranged the freight and whether or not freight is prepaid.

Title does not pass to you until we have received payment in full and in cleared funds for those products and for all other amounts then due from you.

The full provision, including our retention of title and our rights if payment is overdue, is in Section 8 of the Terms. Because risk passes at our dock, loss or damage in transit is a matter between you and the carrier. We will give you reasonable assistance with a carrier claim — documentation, packing evidence, photographs from dispatch — but we are not the claimant and we are not liable for the loss.

Where you ask us to arrange transit insurance, we will do so at your cost and the policy is for your benefit. If you do not ask, no transit insurance is arranged beyond any minimal liability the carrier includes by default, which is typically far below the value of the goods.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees

All dispatch and delivery dates we give are estimates made in good faith on the information available at the time. Time of delivery is not of the essence.

We are not liable for any loss, cost, expense or damage of any kind arising from late, delayed or partial delivery, including production delay, downtime, expedited freight you arrange yourself, penalties under your own contracts, or loss of profit. A delay does not entitle you to cancel the order, refuse the Products, withhold payment or claim damages. See Sections 8 and 15 of the Terms.

Delays caused by an event outside our reasonable control are covered by the force majeure provision in Section 23 of the Terms.

Partial shipments and backorders

We may ship an order in parts. Each shipment is treated as a separate contract and may be invoiced separately when it is dispatched. A shortage, delay or defect in one shipment does not entitle you to cancel or reject the balance of the order.

Where an item is unavailable we will tell you and, at your choice, hold the order until it can be completed, ship what is available and backorder the rest, or cancel the unavailable line and refund it. Backordered lines may attract their own freight charge when they ship.

Because chemical Products are filled by volume or weight, deliveries within ±5% of the quantity ordered fulfil the order, with the price adjusted proportionately (Terms, s.8).

Taxes, duties, GST and customs

Prices exclude taxes and duties. See Section 7 of the Terms.

  • United States. State and local sales or use tax is added where we are required to collect it. If you are exempt, send us a valid exemption certificate before dispatch.
  • Singapore. Goods and services tax and any import duty are payable in addition to the price and are your responsibility unless the invoice says they are included. Where a shipment is imported in your name, you are the importer of record.
  • Customs clearance, brokerage fees, port charges, storage and demurrage arising at the destination are your responsibility.
  • We will not under-declare the value of a shipment, describe goods inaccurately on customs documentation, or mark a commercial shipment as a gift or sample. Requests to do so will be declined.
  • Customs inspection can delay a shipment. We have no control over it and no liability for delay it causes.

Delivery addresses and access

You are responsible for giving us a complete and accurate delivery address, a contact name and a working telephone number at checkout. Check them before you pay — once an order is in transit we may be unable to change the address, and carriers charge for address correction and reconsignment.

Tell us before dispatch if the delivery site has any of the following, as they affect what carrier and equipment we book: no loading dock; a forklift or tail-lift requirement; restricted delivery hours or a booking-in system; a goods-in entrance separate from the main address; or a limit on dangerous-goods quantities held on site.

Someone must be available to receive and sign for the shipment during normal business hours. We do not authorise unattended delivery of chemical Products and will not instruct a carrier to leave them.

Failed or refused delivery

If delivery fails because nobody is available, the address is wrong or incomplete, access was not arranged, a duty or charge is unpaid, or you refuse the shipment without cause:

  • risk remains with you;
  • you are responsible for storage, redelivery, return freight, demurrage and any carrier fee;
  • a dangerous-goods consignment that cannot lawfully be held or returned may have to be destroyed, at your cost; and
  • a refused shipment returned to us is treated as a change-of-mind return under the Returns & Refunds Policy, including the 15% restocking charge, and only where the Product still meets the return conditions.

Inspection on receipt

Check every delivery against the packing list before signing where the carrier allows it. Note any visible damage or shortage on the carrier's delivery record, photograph the carton and pallet before unpacking, and keep all packaging until any claim is closed.

Notice periods for damage, shortage and non-conformity are in Section 9 of the Terms and Section 6 of the Returns & Refunds Policy: 5 business days for transit damage or shortage, 10 business days for a wrong or non-conforming Product. After those periods the delivery is deemed accepted.

Lost or delayed shipments

If tracking shows no movement for 5 business days, or a shipment has not arrived within 10 business days of the carrier's estimated delivery date, contact support@uv-incure.com with your order number and we will help you open a trace with the carrier.

Because risk passes at our facility, a claim for a lost shipment lies against the carrier, not against us. Where we arranged the freight we will lodge and pursue the claim on your behalf as a courtesy; where you arranged it on your own account, you must lodge it. Replacement Products supplied while a claim is pending are chargeable, and we will credit you if and when the claim is paid.

Export control screening

All orders are screened against applicable export control and sanctions requirements before dispatch, as described in Section 20 of the Terms. We may hold, delay or cancel a shipment, or ask you for end-use or end-user information, where screening requires it. We are not liable for any resulting delay or cancellation and are not obliged to apply for an export licence.
