Available from 500 mm — the only single-pole length option below 1,000 mm — it delivers up to 5 W of UV output from 300 nm through the visible range and is compatible with mercury arc, xenon, and halogen spot curing lamps.
Tightest UV Spot in the Single-Pole Range — No Over-Irradiation of Adjacent Parts
The 3 mm core delivers a smaller cured footprint than the LLG-1P-5 (5 mm) and LLG-1P-8 (8 mm). When bond lines are close to heat-sensitive or optically sensitive components, the reduced spot keeps UV energy confined to the joint — without repositioning or masking adjacent parts between cycles.
500 mm Minimum Length — No Dead Cable on Compact Setups
The LLG-1P-3 is the only single-pole liquid light guide offered at 500 mm — half the 1,000 mm minimum of the LLG-1P-5 and LLG-1P-8. On benchtop dispensing fixtures and compact assembly cells where a longer guide would loop or interfere with the part, the 500 mm option fits without trimming, clamping, or routing excess cable.
Up to 5 W UV to 300 nm — Full Arc, Xenon, and Halogen Spectral Coverage
Liquid light guide construction transmits from 300 nm through the visible range, covering the full output of mercury arc, xenon, and halogen spot curing sources. Photoinitiators activated anywhere within that window are supported without filtering or wavelength selection — no optical adapter required between lamp and guide.
