  • A form-in-place gasket (FIPG) is a liquid sealant dispensed directly onto a housing flange or mating surface, then cured in place to form a custom-fit gasket. UV-cure FIPG cures instantly under UV light, eliminating the cure wait times of moisture-cure silicones and the mixing requirements of two-part RTV compounds. The result is a hermetic seal precisely shaped to the joint geometry.

  • Yes. Uni-Seal™ UV gasket formulations are designed for IP68 waterproofing of consumer electronics, portable devices, sensors, and connectors.
