Incure S20™ UV spot lamp with single-pole liquid lightguide for precision UV curing
1-Pole Lightguide
Single output tip for focused, high-intensity spot curing. Best for precision bonding of individual joints, fibre optic connectors, and small component assembly.
Incure S20™ UV spot lamp with dual-pole liquid lightguides for simultaneous curing
2-Pole Lightguide
Splits UV output across two simultaneous cure points. Doubles throughput on symmetrical assemblies and dual-joint bonding fixtures without adding a second controller unit.
Incure S20™ UV spot lamp with three-pole liquid lightguide array
3-Pole Lightguide
Three-way UV output for simultaneous curing of three bond points in a single cycle. Suited to connector potting, triangular fixture layouts, and multi-joint component assemblies.
Incure S20™ UV spot lamp with four-pole liquid lightguide for high-throughput curing
4-Pole Lightguide
Maximum multi-point configuration — four simultaneous cure outputs from a single S20™ controller. Maximises throughput on high-volume automated assembly lines with multiple bonding positions.

  • The Incure S20™ uses a 200W mercury arc lamp. Mercury arc technology produces a broad-spectrum output covering 275–650 nm, making it suitable for UV-cure adhesives with a wide range of peak absorption wavelengths.

  • The Incure S20™ delivers greater than 21 W/cm² (up to 23 W/cm²) at the lightguide tip. This ultra-high intensity output enables fast cure cycles and effective curing of thick adhesive cross-sections.

  • The Incure S20™ covers 275–650 nm, spanning deep UV through visible light. This broad spectrum makes it compatible with a wide range of UV-cure adhesive formulations including UV acrylates, epoxies, and cyanoacrylates.

  • The Incure S20™ controller pairs with liquid lightguide assemblies in 1-pole, 2-pole, 3-pole, and 4-pole configurations, supporting single-point to quad-point simultaneous curing from one unit. All lightguide configurations include a pair of UV-protective safety goggles.

  • Yes. As a mercury arc lamp system, the Incure S20™ requires a warm-up period of 1–2 minutes before reaching full operating intensity. The lamp should also be allowed to cool before restarting after shutdown.

  • The 200W mercury arc lamp in the Incure S20™ has a rated life of greater than 2,000 hours. Lamp replacement is required at end of life and may involve recalibration — for a calibration-free alternative, consider the Incure L9000™ UV LED spot curing lamp.
