Quad-Pole Liquid Light Guide — Incure LLG-4P-3
Incure LLG-4P-3 is the highest bond-point count in the LLG range — four cure points in one machine cycle from a single lamp controller, where covering four joints with single-pole guides would require four separate lamps. Each of its four output poles carries a 3 mm core delivering UV from 300 nm through the visible range, in 1,000 mm, 1,500 mm, and 2,000 mm cable lengths. Compatible with mercury arc, xenon, and halogen spot curing lamps.
Four Cure Points in One Machine Cycle — Maximum Bond Count Without Lamp Multiplication
The LLG-4P-3 cures four bond joints simultaneously from a single trigger event, using one lamp controller. Where four sequential single-pole exposures require four activations and three repositioning steps, the quad-pole guide completes the same work in a single cycle. No additional lamp controllers, no additional light sources, and no additional trigger infrastructure are required. Adding more lamps to reach four bonds is the expensive path; using one lamp with the LLG-4P-3 is the efficient one.
All Four Bonds Receive Identical UV Dose in One Exposure — No Within-Part Variation
Sequential single-pole curing on a four-joint assembly accumulates dose variation across all four bonds — the last bond cured may differ from the first due to lamp temperature, shutter timing, or operator consistency over the sequence. The LLG-4P-3 eliminates this source of variation entirely: all four bonds are exposed at the same moment, from the same lamp output state, for the same duration. The four joints are, by definition, dose-matched — a process control advantage that has direct value in validation documentation for medical device and precision optical assembly lines.
Highest Bond-Point Count in the LLG Range — Four 3 mm Spots From One Source
At four output poles, the LLG-4P-3 reaches the maximum simultaneous bond count achievable with a single liquid light guide connected to one lamp. Each pole delivers a 3 mm core UV spot to its individual bond face, keeping irradiation confined to the bond zone in dense multi-joint assemblies. The 2,000 mm maximum cable length — the longest available for any multi-pole LLG — accommodates four-station fixtures where bond points are spread across a larger fixture envelope.

For two-point or three-point simultaneous cure, see the Incure LLG-2P-3 and LLG-3P-3. For single-point curing with maximum intensity or longer cable runs, see the LLG-1P-3 (up to 2,000 mm), LLG-1P-5 (up to 3,000 mm), or LLG-1P-8 (up to 6,200 mm). For UV LED multi-pole spot curing with longer cable lengths, the Incure L9000™ lightguide system supports up to 4 lightguides from a single controller at cable lengths of 2,000 mm to 5,000 mm.
