Incure Sniper™ SN-2 at 0.057 mm ID is the finest bore in the Sniper™ range — for nano-scale adhesive deposits where even the SN-4 at 0.108 mm is too wide. Designed for optical fibre pigtail bonding, semiconductor tack pads below 0.1 mm, and precision micro-inlay stone-setting at the smallest stone sizes. Machined from nickel silver for dimensional stability at this scale; NP Nickel Polymer coating is strongly recommended. The fluorescent yellow PP Luer Lock hub seats on any standard 1cc to 30cc barrel; a 1cc syringe pump barrel and a precision low-backpressure pneumatic dispenser are required for production use at this bore size.
The SN-4 at 0.108 mm reaches photonics die-attach pads and sub-0.15 mm micro-inlay wells. The SN-2 at 0.057 mm extends the Luer Lock range further — to optical fibre pigtail bonding, sub-0.1 mm semiconductor tack pads, and the finest jewellery micro-inlay stone sizes where even the SN-4 leaves a deposit that is too large. No piezo jet valve or dedicated micro-dispensing system is required; the SN-2 uses the same standard Luer Lock hub as every other Sniper™ gauge, allowing it to operate on existing dispensing equipment infrastructure.
At 0.057 mm ID, nickel silver is the only alloy from which the bore can be consistently machined to specification. Phosphor bronze — used across the SN-18 through SN-30 range — cannot be held to the required tolerances at this diameter. Nickel silver's higher hardness maintains bore roundness, wall thickness, and concentricity through the machining process at sub-0.1 mm scales. The SN-2 is also non-magnetic and non-ferrous, making it suitable for HDD assemblies, magnetic sensors, and MRI-compatible medical device applications.
The fluorescent yellow polypropylene Luer Lock hub seats directly on any standard 1cc to 30cc dispensing barrel — no adapters, no proprietary connectors. At 0.057 mm ID, a 1cc syringe pump barrel is required and a precision low-backpressure pneumatic dispenser with fine pressure control is needed for consistent operation. Fluorescent yellow is the colour code for this gauge, allowing immediate identification during changeovers on production lines running multiple Sniper™ gauges simultaneously.

SN-6, SN-4, and SN-2 are machined from nickel silver for dimensional stability at sub-0.2 mm bore geometry; NC, EN, NPTFE, Nickel Polymer Type SLK, and Nickel Polymer Type 10K coatings available for all three. NP Nickel Polymer coating is strongly recommended for SN-4 and SN-2. For the next wider gauge, see SN-4 (0.108 mm ID) and SN-6 (0.159 mm ID). For the standard phosphor bronze range, see SN-30 (0.234 mm ID) through SN-18 (1.039 mm ID); those models are available in No Coating, Electroless Nickel, Nickel PTFE, Nickel Polymer Type SLK, and Parylene Type C.
