SN-4 Nickel Silver Dispensing Needle — Incure Sniper™

Incure Sniper™ SN-4 extends to 0.108 mm ID — where the SN-6 at 0.159 mm is still too wide for the finest photonics die-attach pads, sub-0.15 mm micro-inlay stone wells, and precision optoelectronic alignment bonding. Machined from nickel silver; NP Nickel Polymer coating is strongly recommended at this bore size. The fluorescent orange PP Luer Lock hub seats on any standard 1cc to 30cc dispensing barrel; a 1cc to 3cc syringe pump barrel and a low-backpressure pneumatic dispenser are recommended for production use.

Sub-0.15 mm Deposits — 32% Narrower Than the SN-6

The SN-6 at 0.159 mm is the first Luer Lock gauge below 0.2 mm. The SN-4 at 0.108 mm extends the range to sub-0.15 mm — reaching photonics die-attach pads, micro-inlay stone wells, and optoelectronic alignment adhesive deposits where the SN-6 produces a deposit that is still too wide. No piezo jet valve or dedicated micro-dispensing system is required; the SN-4 uses the same standard Luer Lock hub at the same dispensing equipment your existing Sniper™ gauges use.

Nickel Silver Holds Bore Geometry at 0.108 mm

At 0.108 mm ID, nickel silver is required — not merely preferred. The alloy's higher hardness maintains bore roundness, wall thickness, and concentricity through the machining process at tolerances that are physically unachievable in phosphor bronze. The same alloy change applies across the sub-0.2 mm range: SN-6 (0.159 mm), SN-4 (0.108 mm), and SN-2 (0.057 mm) are all nickel silver for this reason. The SN-4 is also non-magnetic and non-ferrous — safe for HDD assemblies, magnetic sensors, and MRI-compatible devices.

PP Luer Lock Hub — Fits Any Standard 1cc to 30cc Dispensing Barrel

The fluorescent orange polypropylene Luer Lock hub seats directly on any standard 1cc to 30cc dispensing barrel — no adapters, no proprietary connectors. At 0.108 mm ID, a 1cc to 3cc syringe pump barrel and a low-backpressure pneumatic dispenser are recommended to manage the high backpressure generated by this bore. Fluorescent orange is the colour code for this gauge, allowing immediate identification during changeovers when multiple Sniper™ gauges are in use.

Example P/NSN-4-NC

SN-6, SN-4, and SN-2 are machined from nickel silver for dimensional stability at sub-0.2 mm bore geometry; NC, EN, NPTFE, and Nickel Polymer Type SLK coatings available. NP Nickel Polymer coating is strongly recommended for SN-4 and SN-2 — more conformal than NPTFE at these bore sizes. For the next finer gauge, see SN-2 (0.057 mm ID). For the standard phosphor bronze range, see SN-30 (0.234 mm ID) through SN-18 (1.039 mm ID); those models are available in No Coating, Electroless Nickel, Nickel PTFE, Nickel Polymer Type SLK, and Parylene Type C.
