SN-6 Nickel Silver Dispensing Needle — Incure Sniper™

Incure Sniper™ SN-6 crosses below the 0.2 mm deposit threshold — 0.159 mm ID against the SN-30's 0.234 mm — for optical micro-bonding tack pads, semiconductor die-attach deposits, and micro-scale stone-setting adhesive where any standard-range gauge overfills the bond site. Machined from nickel silver for dimensional stability at sub-0.2 mm bore geometry; NP Nickel Polymer coating is recommended for consistent release at this bore size. The fluorescent blue PP Luer Lock hub seats on any standard 1cc to 30cc dispensing barrel; a 1cc to 3cc syringe pump barrel is recommended for precise volume control at the backpressure generated by this bore.

First Gauge Below 0.2 mm — 32% Narrower Than the SN-30

The SN-30 at 0.234 mm is the finest in the standard S-gauge sequence. The SN-6 at 0.159 mm extends the Luer Lock dispensing range into sub-0.2 mm territory — reaching optical tack-pad deposits, micro-scale stone-setting adhesive points, and semiconductor die-attach pads where the SN-30 produces a deposit that overfills the bond site. No piezo jet valve or dedicated micro-dispensing system is required; the SN-6 uses a standard Luer Lock hub at the same dispensing pressure your existing equipment provides.

Nickel Silver Construction — Dimensional Stability at Sub-0.2 mm Bore Geometry

Phosphor bronze is used throughout the SN-18 to SN-30 range and is correct for those bore sizes. At 0.159 mm ID, nickel silver is specified instead — the alloy's higher hardness holds bore diameter and concentricity through the machining process at tolerances that cannot be maintained in phosphor bronze. The SN-6 is also non-magnetic and non-ferrous: no ferrous particle contamination on magnetic sensors, HDD read/write assemblies, or MRI-compatible medical devices.

PP Luer Lock Hub — Fits Any Standard 1cc to 30cc Dispensing Barrel

The fluorescent blue polypropylene Luer Lock hub seats directly on any standard 1cc to 30cc dispensing barrel — no adapters, no proprietary connectors, no tools required. At this bore size, a 1cc to 3cc syringe pump barrel is recommended for precise volume control and to manage the backpressure generated by the 0.159 mm ID. Fluorescent blue is the colour code for this gauge; it allows immediate identification during line changeovers without reading a label or measuring the tip.

SN-6, SN-4, and SN-2 are machined from nickel silver for dimensional stability at sub-0.2 mm bore geometry; NC, EN, NPTFE, and Nickel Polymer Type SLK coatings available. For the next finer gauges, see SN-4 (0.108 mm ID) and SN-2 (0.057 mm ID). For the standard phosphor bronze range, see SN-30 (0.234 mm ID) through SN-18 (1.039 mm ID); those models are available in No Coating, Electroless Nickel, Nickel PTFE, Nickel Polymer Type SLK, and Parylene Type C.
