UV Conveyor Belt Chassis — Incure CDM™ Compact
Incure CDM™ Compact is a UV conveyor belt chassis on a 9-inch stainless-steel wire belt, adjustable from 1.5 to 12.0 ft/min, built for F400 and F500 high-intensity conventional mercury-arc UV flood lamp heads (x2AC or x2A) at a 3.0–6.5 inch curing height. It runs the same F400 and F500 heads available on the standard Incure CDM™, on a non-polymer belt surface for processes where polypropylene is unsuitable. The chassis ships without a lamp head. For UV LED configurations or the wider F100/F200 heads, use the standard Incure CDM™.
The Non-Polymer Belt for F400/F500 Processes
The CDM™ Compact substitutes a 9-inch stainless-steel wire belt for the standard CDM™'s polypropylene belt — for UV curing processes where solvent exposure, elevated part temperature, or belt-material compatibility rules out polypropylene. It runs the identical F400 and F500 lamp heads available on the standard CDM™, in x2AC single-assembly (broadband UVA + UVC) or x2A dual-lamp (UVA only) configurations, with no change to curing performance.
Same 3.0″–6.5″ Curing Height as the Standard CDM™ With F400/F500 Heads
Curing height, belt speed range, and maximum part width match the standard CDM™ running the same F400 or F500 head — switching platforms changes only the belt material, not the process envelope. Existing F400/F500 cure schedules qualified on one platform transfer directly to the other.
76 × 37 × 34 cm — the Smallest Chassis Footprint in the CDM™ Line
Scoped to the two highest-intensity F-Series™ configurations only, the CDM™ Compact chassis is smaller than the standard CDM™ (137 × 36 × 41 cm) — a smaller footprint for lines dedicated to F400 or F500 curing that don't need the standard chassis's full 12-configuration compatibility range.

The Incure CDM™ Compact chassis is sold with a lamp head configuration — select from F400x2AC, F400x2A, F500x2AC, or F500x2A at order.
