UV Arc Flood Conveyor Curing System — Incure CDM™ + F100x2A
Incure CDM™ F100x2A doubles the UV dose of the F100x2AC at the same belt speed — 2,100 mJ/cm² UVA at 6 ft/min versus 1,050 mJ/cm² for the single-assembly configuration. It's a UVA-only UV arc flood conveyor curing system pairing the CDM™ 9″ polypropylene belt conveyor with two 400W F100 UVA lamp heads mounted in series along the belt, with no UVC tube. The F100x2A is the right choice when your adhesive process qualifies under UVA-only arc lamp exposure and needs more dose than a single-assembly x2AC can deliver without slowing the belt.
Doubles the UV Dose of the F100x2AC at the Same Belt Speed
The F100x2AC delivers 1,050 mJ/cm² UVA at 6 ft/min from one lamp assembly. The F100x2A mounts two F100 UVA heads in series on the same CDM™ conveyor — each part passes under both heads in one belt pass, accumulating 2,100 mJ/cm² UVA at 6 ft/min without any reduction in throughput speed. This doubled dose cures deeper bondlines, supports faster belt speeds for the same dose target, or provides dose margin on UV-absorbing or pigmented formulations where a single head falls short of the minimum cure energy.
UVA-Only Output — No UVC Ventilation or UVC-Specific Compliance Requirements
The F100x2A uses two UVA lamps only — no UVC tube. Facilities that have not installed UVC-rated exhaust ventilation, or that operate under process qualifications specified as UVA-only arc lamp exposure, can run this configuration without the UVC handling controls that the F100x2AC imposes. If your adhesive SDS or qualification data specifies that UVC is required for full cure, specify F100x2AC instead. If your process is qualified under UVA arc lamp exposure only, the F100x2A delivers higher UVA dose without introducing a UVC emission requirement.
2,100 mJ/cm² UVA at 6 ft/min — Same Dose as the F100x2AC at Half the Belt Speed
At 6 ft/min the F100x2A delivers 2,100 mJ/cm² UVA — the equivalent of running the F100x2AC at 3 ft/min, without the throughput penalty. At 12 ft/min the F100x2A delivers 1,060 mJ/cm² UVA, matching what the F100x2AC achieves at 6 ft/min. This dose-doubling effect across the full speed range means the F100x2A can be run at faster belt speeds while maintaining process-minimum UV dose, or kept at standard speed with full 2× safety margin built into every production run.

F100x2A consists of two 400W F100 UVA lamp heads mounted in series along the CDM™ belt conveyor. Each head delivers 240 mW/cm² at 365 nm independently; combined curing energy values reflect cumulative exposure from both heads in a single belt pass. UVA curing energy values are estimated based on measured irradiance at 2.0 inches and belt speed; actual dose may vary depending on working distance, reflector age, bulb hours, part reflectivity, and measurement method. Dynamic and static uniformity values are typical conveyor measurements with ±5% variation. Bulb replacement interval should be planned at the 1,000-hour threshold per head, or when measured intensity falls below process minimum — both heads should be replaced on the same maintenance cycle to maintain uniform dose across the two exposure zones. No external PLC/RS-232 control port — F-series configurations are controlled by belt speed adjustment only. For process integration requiring external control signals, specify an LED configuration (CDM™ + L64, L88, M51, or M62).
