UV Arc Flood Conveyor Curing System — Incure CDM™ + F200x2AC

Incure CDM™ F200x2AC is the step up from the F100x2AC when your adhesive process needs more intensity than a 400W configuration can deliver — 46% more peak irradiance from a single-assembly broadband arc configuration, with no change in belt width or curing height envelope. It's a broadband UVA + UVC UV arc flood conveyor curing system pairing the CDM™ 9″ polypropylene belt conveyor with a single F200x2AC lamp assembly — one 600W UVA tube and one UVC tube, shipped as one unit. It delivers 350 mW/cm² at 365 nm (350 mW/cm² at 385/395/405 nm) and 2,250 mJ/cm² UVA at 6 ft/min across a 9-inch belt width.

46% More Intensity Than the F100x2AC — Shorter Cure Cycles at Any Belt Speed

The F100x2AC delivers 240 mW/cm² at 365 nm from a 400W lamp assembly. The F200x2AC steps up to a 600W lamp assembly and delivers 350 mW/cm² at 365 nm — 46% more peak irradiance from the same one-assembly broadband arc configuration on the same CDM™ conveyor. At 6 ft/min the dose increases from 1,050 mJ/cm² to 2,250 mJ/cm² UVA. This intensity difference directly shortens the minimum belt dwell time needed to reach the cure threshold — the same part that requires 6 ft/min with the F100x2AC can be run at approximately 8–9 ft/min with the F200x2AC, maintaining the same UV dose with a commensurate throughput gain.

UVA + UVC From One Lamp Assembly — Full Mercury-Arc Adhesive Process Compatibility

The F200x2AC lamp assembly contains one 600W UVA tube and one UVC tube in a single unit shipped under a single P/N. Parts passing through the conveyor receive simultaneous UVA and UVC exposure in one belt pass — no secondary lamp source or second conveyor stage is required for adhesives that specify broadband UVA + UVC arc lamp cure. If your adhesive process is qualified under UVA-only exposure, specify the F200x2A (two UVA heads, no UVC) instead. If your process requires broadband UVA + UVC arc lamp exposure, the F200x2AC is the 600W entry in the CDM™ arc fleet.

2,250 mJ/cm² UVA at 6 ft/min — 600W Broadband Arc at Full 9-Inch Belt Width

At the nominal 6 ft/min belt speed the F200x2AC accumulates 2,250 mJ/cm² UVA across the full 9-inch belt width — the highest single-assembly arc dose available on the CDM™ at this speed. At 1.5 ft/min (slowest) the dose reaches 9,000 mJ/cm² UVA, supporting deeply pigmented formulations or thick adhesive layers that require extended UV exposure. At 12 ft/min (fastest) the dose is 1,130 mJ/cm² UVA, supporting high-throughput lines where the adhesive cure threshold is low and belt speed is the bottleneck.

F200x2AC consists of one lamp assembly containing one 600W UVA tube (365 nm peak) and one UVC tube, shipped as a single unit. UVA and UVV curing energy values are estimated based on measured irradiance at 2.0 and 2.5 inches and belt speed; actual dose may vary depending on working distance, reflector age, bulb hours, part reflectivity, and measurement method. Dynamic and static uniformity values are typical conveyor measurements with ±5% variation. Lamp assembly replacement should be planned at the 1,000-hour threshold, or when measured intensity falls below process minimum. Both the UVA and UVC tubes are replaced as a single assembly — individual tube replacement is not supported. No external PLC/RS-232 control port — F-series configurations are controlled by belt speed adjustment only. For process integration requiring external control signals, specify an LED configuration (CDM™ + L64, L88, M51, or M62).
