UV Arc Flood Conveyor Curing System — Incure CDM™ / CDM™ Compact + F500x2AC

Incure CDM™ / CDM™ Compact F500x2AC delivers the highest per-head arc intensity of any F-series configuration on the CDM™ fleet — 590 mW/cm² at 365 nm (560 mW/cm² at 385/395/405 nm). It's a broadband UVA + UVC UV arc flood conveyor curing system pairing the CDM™ or CDM™ Compact 9″ belt conveyor with a single F500x2AC lamp assembly — one UVA lamp head and one UVC lamp head, shipped as one unit — delivering 1,480 mJ/cm² UVA at 6 ft/min across a maximum 5-inch part width, available on both the CDM™ (9″ polypropylene belt) and CDM™ Compact (9″ stainless-steel wire belt), both with a 3.0″–6.5″ curing height range.

Highest Per-Head Arc Intensity on the CDM™ Fleet — 590 mW/cm² at 365 nm

The F500x2AC delivers 590 mW/cm² at 365 nm from a single broadband arc lamp assembly — 20% more than the F400x2AC (490 mW/cm²), 69% more than the F200x2AC (350 mW/cm²), and the highest per-head arc intensity available on any CDM™ or CDM™ Compact configuration. For adhesive processes that require the highest possible UV irradiance at the cure point — fast-response photoinitiator systems, processes with tight cycle time budgets where the dwell time is the bottleneck, or formulations with high minimum irradiance thresholds — the F500x2AC is the ceiling configuration in the CDM™ arc fleet. Note: the F500's shorter aperture in the belt-travel direction means the total energy per pass at a given belt speed is lower than the F400x2AC (1,480 vs 2,630 mJ/cm² UVA at 6 ft/min); specify the F400x2AC when total UV dose per pass is the primary process requirement.

UVA + UVC From One Lamp Assembly — Full Mercury-Arc Adhesive Process Compatibility in One Belt Pass

The F500x2AC lamp assembly contains one F500 UVA lamp head and one UVC lamp head in a single unit shipped under a single P/N. Parts passing through the conveyor receive simultaneous UVA and UVC exposure in one belt pass — no secondary lamp source or second conveyor stage is required for adhesives that specify broadband UVA + UVC arc lamp cure. This is the same broadband process compatibility as the F100x2AC, F200x2AC, and F400x2AC — the F500x2AC delivers it at the highest per-head intensity available on the CDM™ fleet. If your adhesive process is qualified under UVA-only exposure, specify the F500x2A (two UVA heads, no UVC) instead.

Available on CDM™ Polypropylene and CDM™ Compact Stainless Wire Belt — Same Lamp Head, Both Platforms

The F500x2AC lamp assembly is available on both the CDM™ (9″ polypropylene belt) and the CDM™ Compact (9″ stainless-steel wire belt) — both with the same 3.0″–6.5″ curing height range. The lamp head is the same unit on both platforms — what changes at order is the conveyor chassis and the P/N prefix (CDM- vs CDMC-). The stainless-steel wire belt supports applications that require a non-polymer belt surface, such as solvent-based processes or facilities requiring washdown compliance.

F500x2AC consists of one lamp assembly containing one F500 UVA lamp head and one UVC lamp head, shipped as a single unit. UVA and UVV curing energy values are estimated based on measured irradiance at 2.0 and 2.5 inches and belt speed; actual dose may vary depending on working distance, reflector age, bulb hours, part reflectivity, and measurement method. The F500's shorter aperture in the belt-travel direction relative to the F400 results in lower total curing energy per pass at a given belt speed despite higher peak irradiance — the F400x2AC delivers higher energy per pass when total dose is the primary process requirement. Dynamic and static uniformity values are typical conveyor measurements with ±5% variation. Lamp assembly replacement should be planned at the 1,000-hour threshold. No external PLC/RS-232 control port — F-series configurations are controlled by belt speed adjustment only. Mounting stand not available for F500 configurations. Maximum part width 5 inches (both CDM™ and CDM™ Compact platforms). Curing height 3.0″–6.5″ on both platforms.
