UV LED Focused Beam Conveyor Curing System — Incure CDM™ + M62
Incure CDM™ M62 doubles the beam depth of the CDM™ + M51 — a UV LED focused beam conveyor curing system pairing the CDM™ conveyor with a 6″×2″ strip beam that covers wider bond interfaces than the M51's 5″×1″ strip without irradiating components outside the beam footprint. Delivered as a complete system, it provides 3,100 mW/cm² at 365 nm across the 6″×2″ strip, belt-speed dose control from 7,750 to 62,000 mJ/cm² UVA, PLC / RS-232 / foot-switch integration, and >20,000-hour LED service life at up to 2-inch maximum part width.
Cures 2-Inch Bond Interfaces the CDM™ + M51 Cannot Cover in One Pass
The CDM™ + M51 covers a 1-inch-wide beam path. Parts with bond interfaces wider than 1 inch — gasket rings, edge-bonded laminates, multi-joint substrates — require repositioning or multiple passes to fully expose the bond face. The CDM™ + M62 doubles that beam depth to 2 inches, curing the full bond interface in a single conveyor pass at the same 6-inch illuminated length along the belt travel direction.
Wider Coverage Without Over-Irradiating the Surrounding Assembly
Flood configurations on the CDM™ cure everything within their footprint. The M62 maintains focused-beam selectivity — concentrating 108 LEDs into a 6″×2″ strip so components outside the 2-inch beam width remain unexposed. This makes the CDM™ + M62 the right choice when the assembly has adjacent heat-sensitive or pre-bonded components that must stay outside the UV zone during inline cure.
3,100 mW/cm² Across the Full 6″×2″ Strip — 108 LEDs at 365 nm
108 LEDs deliver 3,100 mW/cm² at 365 nm uniformly across the complete 6″×2″ (152 mm × 51 mm) curing footprint. At 6 ft/min, the belt delivers 15,500 mJ/cm² UVA to the bond line per pass. Belt speed is adjustable from 1.5 to 12 ft/min, scaling dose from 62,000 mJ/cm² UVA at the slowest setting to 7,750 mJ/cm² UVA at the fastest.

LED curing energy values are estimated based on measured irradiance profile, illuminated length in the belt-travel direction (6 inches), and belt speed. Actual dose may vary depending on working distance, beam profile, part height, reflectivity, and measurement method. The 2-inch maximum part width specification refers to the width of the cured zone — areas outside the 2-inch beam width are not cured in a single pass.
