UV Conveyor Belt Chassis — Incure CDM™
Incure CDM™ is a UV conveyor belt chassis on a 9-inch polypropylene belt, adjustable from 1.5 to 12.0 ft/min, built to run interchangeable lamp heads — UV LED flood (L64, L88), UV LED focused beam (M51, M62), or conventional mercury-arc UV flood (F100, F200, F400, F500) in x2AC or x2A configurations. The chassis ships without a lamp head; select the configuration matching your part width, intensity, and UV spectrum requirement, or contact Incure for a recommendation. For processes that require a non-polymer belt surface, the same F400 and F500 heads also run on the CDM™ Compact — a separate chassis with a 9-inch stainless-steel wire belt.
One Chassis, Every Lamp Head — LED or Mercury-Arc
The Incure CDM™ accepts interchangeable lamp heads on a single conveyor chassis — UV LED flood (L64, L88), UV LED focused beam (M51, M62), or conventional mercury-arc UV flood (F100, F200, F400, F500) in x2AC or x2A configurations. A change in cure chemistry means swapping the lamp head, not sourcing a second conveyor. If a non-polymer belt surface is required, F400 and F500 heads also run on the CDM™ Compact platform.
Belt Speed Is Your UV Dose Dial
Belt speed adjusts continuously from 1.5 to 12.0 ft/min, directly setting the UV dose delivered to each part — slow the belt for a deeper cure on thick or pigmented layers, or run it faster for higher throughput once the process is qualified. Dose tuning happens at the speed control, with no lamp change or reflector swap required.
9″ Belt, 1.5–12.0 ft/min — Up to 8″ Part Width on the L88 Configuration
The CDM™ runs a 9-inch belt (polypropylene standard, anti-static optional) that clears parts up to 8 inches wide on the L88 flood configuration, or up to 5 inches wide on F400/F500 configurations. PLC, RS-232, and foot-switch signal inputs are available on UV LED configurations, with switchable timer or continuous operating modes for line integration.

The Incure CDM™ chassis is sold with a lamp head configuration — select from L64, L88, M51, M62, F100x2AC, F100x2A, F200x2AC, F200x2A, F400x2AC, or F400x2A at order (F500x2AC and F500x2A are available on both CDM™ and CDM™ Compact).
