Incure C131D is the drawer-format chamber in the C-Series™ — the only C-Series™ enclosure optimized for flat substrates, labels, films, and coated panels that load horizontally rather than drop into a cube enclosure. Where the C131C and C141C are front-door cube chambers built for three-dimensional components with height, the C131D's 3.1-inch internal clearance positions the lamp within 3 inches of the substrate for maximum irradiance delivery on flat work.

3.1″ Internal Height — The Only C-Series™ Chamber Built for Flat Substrates

The C131D's 11.8″ × 11.8″ × 3.1″ interior is dimensioned for flat work: labels, PCB panels, flexible films, coated sheets, and fixured parts that don't stand tall. At 3.1 inches, the lamp is kept close to the substrate — the proximity that maximizes irradiance delivery from the L11 through L44 lamp heads. The C131C and C141C's cubic interiors allocate headroom flat substrates don't use; the C131D's 3.1-inch height puts every millimetre to work.

Horizontal Drawer Loading — No Vertical Handling, No Repositioning Inside the Chamber

Flat substrates load on the sliding tray in their natural horizontal orientation. Pull the drawer, place the part, push the drawer closed — the drawer-activated UV shut-off interlock starts the cure cycle automatically. No lifting parts through a front door, no settling them upright inside a cube, no repositioning to clear edges. For labels, flexible films, and panel fixtures, this is the loading sequence that matches how the parts actually sit.

11.8″ × 11.8″ Floor Area — Accepts the Full L44 Curing Footprint in a 5.5″-Tall Enclosure

The 11.8″ × 11.8″ floor area accommodates the full curing footprint of any L-Series™ lamp from L11 through L44. External dimensions: 15.7″ × 15.7″ × 5.5″ (399 mm × 399 mm × 140 mm). Drawer-activated UV shut-off; foot-switch / PLC / RS-232 control interface; forced-air cooling with louvers. The 5.5-inch total height makes the C131D the lowest-profile C-Series™ enclosure — stackable and bench-efficient where vertical space is limited.

The C131D is compatible with L11, L22, L33, and L44 UV LED flood lamps only. For three-dimensional components requiring more than 3.1 inches of internal height, specify the C131C (7.1″ × 7.1″ × 7.1″) or C141C (11.8″ × 11.8″ × 11.8″). For larger parts or lamps from L88 through L1414, specify the C191C. Internal curing dimensions are clear-space measurements; tray height is fixed and not adjustable.
