C191C — UV LED Curing Chamber, 19.7″ × 19.7″ × 13.8″ Interior
Incure C191C is the large-format chamber in the C-Series™ — the only C-Series™ enclosure matched to the larger L-Series™ UV LED flood lamps (L88, L1010, L1212, and L1414) whose curing footprints exceed the 4-inch × 4-inch maximum of the L44. Where the C131C and C141C accept only L11 through L44, the C191C's 19.7″ × 19.7″ floor area accommodates L-Series arrays from 8-inch × 8-inch up to 14-inch × 14-inch — providing a fully enclosed, UV-shielded curing environment for production-scale LED flood processes that would otherwise require an open-bench setup.
The Only C-Series™ Chamber Built for L88, L1010, L1212, and L1414
No other C-Series™ chamber accepts an L88 or larger LED flood lamp. The C131C and C141C both cap out at L44 — a 4-inch × 4-inch footprint. The C191C's 19.7-inch internal floor accommodates the L88 (8″×8″), L1010 (10″×10″), L1212 (12″×12″), and L1414 (14″×14″) — the full upper range of the L-Series™ that is used for PCB panel-scale curing, conformal coating sections, and large-area gasket and potting processes. For any process using these lamps that requires a controlled, UV-shielded enclosure, the C191C is the designated chamber.
Brings a Controlled Curing Environment to Production-Scale LED Processes
Large-format UV LED flood lamps (L88 and above) are most commonly deployed in open-bench configurations where the lamp head is suspended above the part. The C191C replaces the open bench with a fully enclosed chamber — providing 360° UV shielding, drawer-activated UV shut-off, and foot-switch / PLC / RS-232 control integration — without requiring the engineer to move to a smaller lamp to gain enclosure safety. Forced-air cooling keeps the lamp and chamber at stable operating temperature across extended batch cycles.

The C191C is compatible with L88, L1010, L1212, and L1414 UV LED flood lamps only. For L11, L22, L33, or L44 lamps — which fit within a 4-inch × 4-inch footprint — specify the C131C (7.1″ × 7.1″ × 7.1″) or C141C (11.8″ × 11.8″ × 11.8″). For flat substrates requiring horizontal drawer loading with L11–L44, specify the C131D (11.8″ × 11.8″ × 3.1″ drawer). The C191C has no chamber-compatible lamp in the L64 range (6″×4″) — the L64 is not a compatible lamp for either the C131/C141 or C191 chamber series.
