F200P — Programmable UV Arc Flood Curing Lamp
Incure F200P delivers 350 mW/cm² UVA across the same 8″×6″ area as the F200 — with programmable timed exposure, user-adjustable intensity, and an integrated retractable shade shutter. The F100 and F200 use a rocker switch with manual timing; the F200P automates the dose. For process-controlled bench production where every part must receive the same cure, the F200P replaces operator judgement with a defined exposure program.
Eliminates Cure-to-Cure Timing Variation
The F100 and F200 use a rocker switch — the operator starts and stops each cure manually. Two operators, two parts, two cure times. The F200P's programmable timed exposure removes that variable: set the exposure once, and every trigger cycle delivers the same dose. The LCD display shows set time, remaining time, and intensity level — no elapsed hour meter watching, no stopwatch.
Repeatable UV Dose on Every Part
With user-adjustable intensity and timed exposure locked in via the digital keypad, every part receives the same UV dose regardless of who operates the lamp or how the shift changes. Reduces rework from under-cured parts and protects sensitive assemblies from over-exposure. Directly supports process validation and SPC programs. Compatible with the Incure B500 UV cure chamber for enclosed batch curing.
