F500 — Portable High-Intensity UV Arc Flood Curing Lamp
Incure F500 delivers 590 mW/cm² UVA — 20% more than the F400 — in the same portable handheld form factor, from a 600W metal halide lamp. The F400 offers an optional focused reflector for narrow bond lines; the F500 trades that option for maximum output across the full 5″×5″ beam. When cure time is the constraint and the parabolic geometry is sufficient, the F500 is the highest-output portable in the F-Series™.
20% More Intensity Than the F400 in the Same Handheld
The F400 delivers 490 mW/cm² at 2.0″ from a 400W lamp; the F500 delivers 590 mW/cm² from a 600W lamp in an identical portable housing. At the same working distance, that 100 mW/cm² difference translates directly into shorter required exposure times — no fixture change, no new process qualification.
Shorter Cure Cycles on the Production Floor
UV dose is intensity × time. With 20% higher output, exposure time drops proportionally for the same delivered dose. Production environments where engineers hand-cure at pace — potting fills, edge seals, fixture bonding — finish faster per part. The F500 is built for lines where throughput, not reflector geometry, is the bottleneck.
