F900P — Large-Area Programmable UV Arc Flood Curing Lamp
Incure F900P cures a 16″×12″ area — four times the area of the F200P's 8″×6″ footprint — in a single, uninterrupted pass, at the same 350 mW/cm² intensity and with the same programmable dose control. For panel-level assembly, multi-board fixturing, or large-format bonding where the F200P requires multiple passes or repositioning, the F900P eliminates those steps. 200–240 VAC only; compatible with the Incure B201 UV cure chamber.
16″×12″ — Cures What the F200P Cannot in One Pass
192 square inches in a single exposure — four times the 48 sq in of the F200P. Eliminates the multiple repositioning steps required when curing large panels, multi-board fixtures, or wide-format bond lines with a compact flood lamp. The 16″×12″ aperture fits standard EMS panel dimensions, reducing panel-level cure time from multiple partial exposures to a single trigger cycle.
Fully Programmable for Automated Assembly Lines
LCD display, digital keypad, and fully programmable operation enable automated exposure sequences — set dose, interval, and repeat cycles for line-integrated batch curing. The integrated retractable shade shutter keeps all four lamps continuously on between cycles; no warm-up between parts. Compatible with the Incure B201 UV cure chamber for fully enclosed, shielded batch curing of large assemblies.
