M121 — UV Focused Beam Curing System, 12″ × 1″ Strip Beam
Incure M121 uses the same 108 LEDs as the M62 — but where the M62 spreads them across a 6″ × 2″ area, the M121 concentrates that same LED count into a 12″ × 1″ strip. The result is 5,150 mW/cm² at 365 nm — 67% higher than the M62's 3,100 mW/cm² — delivered over a linear footprint that runs the full 12-inch length of a gasket seam, edge bond, or panel boundary in one uninterrupted exposure. No repositioning, no indexing, and no intensity drop at the midpoint of the seam.
Same 108 LEDs as the M62 — 67% Higher Intensity by Concentrating Into a 1″ Strip
The M121 and M62 share the same LED count, the same forced-air platform, and the same control architecture. The difference is geometry: the M121 narrows the beam to 1″ depth and extends it to 12″ length, converting the same total optical power into a peak irradiance of 5,150 mW/cm² at 365 nm vs the M62's 3,100 mW/cm². Choose the M121 when the bond interface is long and narrow — a seam, an edge bond, or a panel perimeter that runs in a single axis. Choose the M62 when the bond interface also has depth across the short axis.
12-Inch Length Covers the Full Seam in One Pass — No Indexing Required
A 12-inch bond line cured in sections requires the operator (or robot) to index the lamp, wait for the controller to reset, and re-trigger — introducing step-cure variation at every joint. The M121 eliminates the index step: position once, trigger once, cure the entire seam in a single uniform exposure. Consistent UV dose from one end of the seam to the other, with no variation at the transition points between indexed positions.

Irradiance values measured at 100% output intensity at the specified working distance. Peak intensity at 365 nm exceeds 385/395/405 nm output for the M121 array — this is a characteristic of the LED die efficiency at 365 nm for M-Series™ focused-beam configurations. The M121 achieves higher peak irradiance than the M62 by concentrating the same 108-LED count into a narrower 1″-deep strip vs the M62's 2″ depth. Wavelength is factory-configured at order; specify 365 nm, 385 nm, 395 nm, or 405 nm when ordering. LED lifespan rated at greater than 20,000 operating hours under standard conditions; no recalibration or bulb replacement required during normal service life.
