M152 — UV Focused Beam Curing System, 15″ × 2″ Beam Area

Incure M152 is the largest model in the M-Series™ — a 15″ × 2″ beam area built from 270 LEDs delivering 3,100 mW/cm² at 365 nm across the full footprint. It adds 3 inches of length beyond the M122's 12-inch run, covering 15-inch bond seams, gasket perimeters, and panel-edge assemblies that exceed what any shorter M-Series™ model can reach in one exposure. Same forced-air platform, same auto-ranging power, same foot-switch/PLC/RS232 control architecture — scaled to the longest focused-beam bond line in the M-Series™.

25% More Length Than the M122 — Covers a Full 15-Inch Bond Seam in One Pass

The M152 extends the M-Series™ focused beam to 15 inches — the only M-Series™ model that covers a 15-inch bond line without indexing. The M122 stops at 12 inches; any bond interface longer than 12 inches requires either step-curing with an M122 or scaling to a flood lamp that covers a broad area without the M-Series™ beam concentration. The M152 is the answer when the seam is long, narrow, and 12 inches is not enough.

Full M-Series™ Intensity at the Longest Focused-Beam Scale

270 LEDs maintain 3,100 mW/cm² at 365 nm across the entire 15″ × 2″ footprint — the same irradiance as the M62 and M122. Scaling up to 15 inches does not dilute intensity: the M152 uses proportionally more LEDs to hold the M-Series™ output level at full working distance. Every millimeter of the 15-inch seam receives the same UV dose, producing a consistent cure from one end of the bond line to the other without the intensity drop seen at the edges of a flood source.

Irradiance values measured at 100% output intensity at the specified working distance. Peak intensity at 365 nm exceeds 385/395/405 nm output for the M152 array — this is a characteristic of the LED die efficiency at 365 nm for M-Series™ focused-beam configurations. The M152 is the largest model in the M-Series™ range; applications requiring focused-beam curing over bond lines longer than 15 inches should be discussed with Incure to determine the appropriate configuration. Wavelength is factory-configured at order; specify 365 nm, 385 nm, 395 nm, or 405 nm when ordering. LED lifespan rated at greater than 20,000 operating hours under standard conditions; no recalibration or bulb replacement required during normal service life.
