M51 — UV Focused Beam Curing System, 5″ × 1″ Strip Beam
Incure M51 is the highest-intensity model in the M-Series™ — 6,150 mW/cm² at 365 nm concentrated over a 5″ × 1″ strip beam. That narrow footprint is its defining characteristic: linear bond lines, gasket seams, and edge bonds that run in a straight line receive full M-Series™ irradiance directly at the joint, while adjacent components remain outside the beam entirely. Where the M62 spreads 3,100 mW/cm² across a 6″ × 2″ zone, the M51 nearly doubles irradiance by concentrating output into the minimum footprint that covers a linear joint.
Nearly 2× the Peak Intensity of Any Other M-Series™ Configuration
At 6,150 mW/cm² at 365 nm, the M51 delivers nearly twice the irradiance of the M62 (3,100 mW/cm²) at the same 2″ working distance. That intensity gap translates directly to shorter cure cycles on linear bond lines — the same UV-curable adhesive that requires 30 seconds under an M62 cures in under 20 seconds under an M51. For automated lines running at fixed cycle time, the M51 is the M-Series™ configuration that meets tighter cure-window requirements.
5″ × 1″ Strip Beam Targets the Bond Line — Not Adjacent Components
The M51's 5:1 aspect ratio concentrates UV energy along the joint axis and keeps it off the surrounding substrate. Where a square or rectangular flood lamp irradiates everything within its footprint equally, the M51 irradiates only the seam. This matters in assemblies where adjacent SMDs, optical coatings, plastics, or pre-cured bondlines must be protected from UV exposure — precision medical devices, optical modules, and display assemblies where selective irradiation is a process requirement, not a convenience.

Irradiance values measured at 100% output intensity at the specified working distance. Peak intensity at 365 nm exceeds 385/395/405 nm output for the M51 array — this is a characteristic of the LED die efficiency at 365 nm for high-density focused-beam configurations. Wavelength is factory-configured at order; specify 365 nm, 385 nm, 395 nm, or 405 nm when ordering. LED lifespan rated at greater than 20,000 operating hours under standard conditions; no recalibration or bulb replacement required during normal service life.
