S20™ Base Unit — UV Arc Spot Curing Controller (No Lightguide)

Incure S20-BASE is the S20™ spot curing controller — without a fixed lightguide configuration, and without the commitment to one. Where the S20-1P through S20-4P bundle the controller with a specific pole count, the S20-BASE delivers the same >21 W/cm² UVA output as the standalone platform you pair with any S20™-compatible liquid lightguide assembly purchased separately. Programmable 1–99 second timer, 25–100% intensity control, constant power regulation within ±1.0%. One controller. Any configuration.

One Controller — Any S20™ Lightguide Configuration

The S20-BASE accepts any S20™-compatible liquid lightguide assembly — 1-pole through 4-pole — without hardware changes. Change your pole count as your process evolves: add a 2-pole lightguide for dual-joint assemblies, swap to 4-pole for a high-throughput fixture. The controller never needs replacing when production requirements change.

One Controller Across Your Entire S20™ Lightguide Inventory

Labs and production cells that service multiple part families maintain separate lightguide assemblies — different pole counts or tip diameters for each job. The S20-BASE runs them all from one controller. Add or replace individual assemblies without a parallel controller investment. Controller cost is shared across every S20™-compatible lightguide configuration you operate.

The full S20™ output — >21 W/cm² UVA at the source — is delivered to whichever lightguide configuration is connected, with constant power regulation within ±1.0%. Performance is identical to any S20™ configured unit: same lamp, same electronics, same intensity at the lightguide input.
