Bifurcated Liquid Light Guide — Incure LLG-2P-3
Incure LLG-2P-3 cures two bond points in one trigger cycle from a single lamp head — where a single-pole guide like the LLG-1P-3 would need two separate lamps and controllers to cover the same two joints. Each of its two output poles carries a 3 mm core delivering UV from 300 nm through the visible range, in four cable lengths from 750 mm to 2,000 mm. Compatible with mercury arc, xenon, and halogen spot curing lamps.
Two Cure Points From One Lamp Head — One Trigger Cycle for a Two-Joint Assembly
Where a single-pole guide requires two sequential trigger events to cure a two-joint assembly, the LLG-2P-3 delivers UV to both bond points in a single cycle. On assemblies with two bond joints — connector housings, dual-port seals, paired lens elements — the bifurcated guide eliminates one trigger event per part cycle, removing the handling step between the first and second cure. Fewer trigger events per part means faster throughput with no change in lamp hardware.
Independent Spot Positions at Fixed Fixture Geometry — No Part Indexing Between Bonds
The two output poles terminate independently and mount at separate positions in the fixture, each directed at its own bond face. During each trigger cycle, both spots illuminate simultaneously — the part does not move between exposures. Eliminating the indexing step removes a source of handling variation and prevents mechanical disturbance of the first bond while the second is curing, a common failure mode on sequential single-pole cure setups.
3 mm Core per Pole × Two Simultaneous Spots — Precision Dual-Point Cure From 750 mm
Each pole carries a 3 mm core, delivering a precision 3 mm cure spot to its bond face. The minimum cable length of 750 mm accommodates compact two-station fixture geometries where longer guides would introduce excessive cable slack. The 3 mm spot size limits the irradiated zone at each bond point, avoiding UV exposure of adjacent components in dense assemblies.

For single-point curing at a 3 mm spot, see the Incure LLG-1P-3 (up to 2,000 mm) or LLG-1P-5 (5 mm core, up to 3,000 mm). For three-point simultaneous cure, see the LLG-3P-3. For four-point simultaneous cure, see the LLG-4P-3. For UV LED spot curing, the Incure L9000™ lightguide series is the recommended system — LED light sources require LED-specific fibre optic lightguides and are not compatible with liquid light guide construction.
