S20™ 2-Pole — Dual-Point UV Arc Spot Curing Lamp
Incure S20-2P splits the S20™'s output equally across two lightguide tips, curing two bond points simultaneously in a single trigger cycle. Powered by a 200W mercury arc lamp with broad-spectrum 300–550 nm output and a programmable 1–99 second timer, the S20-2P doubles throughput on symmetrical assemblies and dual-joint bonding fixtures without additional controllers or equipment. Available with Ø3 mm lightguide tips in standard lengths from 0.75 m to 2 m.
Two Bond Points — One Trigger Cycle
Two lightguide tips fire simultaneously from a single trigger, curing two bond points in the same exposure time as one — cutting cycle time in half on dual-joint fixtures compared to sequential single-point curing.
No Second Controller Required
One lamp, one controller, two outputs. Eliminates the capital cost of a second spot curing system and simplifies fixture wiring, cabinet layout, and process control programming.
Equal UV Split to Both Tips
Matched irradiance at both lightguide outputs ensures a consistent UV dose at every cure point — no variation between left and right joints, no fixture-to-fixture cure inconsistency. Safety goggles included.
