Incure LLG-3P-3 cures three bond points in one trigger cycle — two fewer exposures than covering the same three joints with a single-pole guide, and one more simultaneous point than the LLG-2P-3. Each of its three output poles carries a 3 mm core delivering UV from 300 nm through the visible range, in 1,000 mm and 1,500 mm cable lengths. Compatible with mercury arc, xenon, and halogen spot curing lamps.
Three Cure Points in One Trigger Cycle — Two Fewer Exposures per Three-Joint Assembly
On a three-joint assembly, a single-pole guide demands three sequential trigger events — three activations, two repositioning steps, and three cure intervals, all executed in sequence. The LLG-3P-3 delivers UV to all three bond points simultaneously in a single trigger cycle. The total exposure time equals one single-pole cure instead of three, and the part does not move between bonds. For high-volume three-joint assemblies, this is the highest-throughput liquid light guide configuration available from a single lamp controller.
Uniform UV Dose to All Three Joints — Eliminates Exposure Variation Between Bonds
Sequential single-pole curing introduces inter-joint dose variation whenever trigger timing, lamp warm-up state, or operator consistency differs between the first and third bond on the same part. The LLG-3P-3 cures all three joints from the same lamp cycle, with the same irradiance, at the same moment. Each bond on the part receives identical UV dose — a prerequisite for consistent adhesive cure performance across all three joints and for process validation documentation that requires dose uniformity.
3 mm Core per Pole — Precision Three-Point Cure From 1,000 mm
Each of the three output poles delivers a 3 mm cure spot, concentrating UV at the bond face without irradiating adjacent components. The 1,000 mm minimum cable length suits compact three-station fixture geometries. The 1,500 mm option accommodates fixtures with wider separation between the bond points and the lamp controller mounting position.
