UV Arc Flood Conveyor Curing System — Incure CDM™ + F100x2AC
Incure CDM™ F100x2AC is the entry configuration for broadband arc conveyor curing on the CDM™ — the right choice when your adhesive process requires UVC as well as UVA, without the added dose of an F200-class lamp. It's a broadband UV arc flood conveyor curing system pairing the CDM™ 9″ polypropylene belt conveyor with an F100x2AC lamp assembly — one unit containing a UVA tube (400W, 365 nm peak) and a UVC tube (254 nm), both mounted in a single overhead assembly. It delivers 240 mW/cm² at 365 nm across a full 9-inch belt width, with belt speed adjustable from 1.5 to 12 ft/min scaling curing energy from 4,200 to 530 mJ/cm² UVA.
UVA + UVC in One Lamp Assembly — Runs Mercury-Arc Adhesive Processes Without a Separate UVC Source
Many production adhesives developed for arc lamp spot curing have photoinitiators that respond to both UVA and UVC. The F100x2AC packages one 400W UVA tube and one UVC tube in a single overhead assembly — one P/N, one installation, broadband arc spectrum output. The x2A configuration produces UVA only; the F100x2AC is the correct choice when your adhesive SDS or qualification data specifies mercury-arc lamp exposure that includes UVC.
9-Inch Belt Coverage — Wider Than Any Focused-Beam Config on the CDM™
The F100x2AC illuminates the full 9-inch belt width in a single overhead pass. M-Series focused-beam configurations on the same CDM™ platform cure 1-inch (M51) or 2-inch (M62) strips — matched to narrow adhesive bond lines. The F100x2AC is the choice when the assembly footprint or adhesive pattern spans the full part width and precise beam targeting is not required. F-series flood configurations accept the widest parts on the CDM™.
240 mW/cm² at 365 nm — Entry-Level Broadband Arc Throughput for Compatible Adhesive Lines
At 6 ft/min the F100x2AC delivers 1,050 mJ/cm² UVA (1,000 mJ/cm² UVV) per belt pass. This matches the typical UV dose requirement for many mercury-arc compatible UV adhesives at standard production speeds. When higher intensity is required — for faster belt speeds, thicker bondlines, or pigmented coatings — the F200x2AC provides 350 mW/cm² at 365 nm with the same 9-inch belt width on the same CDM™ platform.

F100x2AC consists of 1 lamp assembly containing 1 UVA tube (400W, 365 nm peak) and 1 UVC tube (254 nm), shipped and installed as a single unit. UVA and UVV curing energy values are estimated based on measured irradiance at 2.5 inches and belt speed; actual dose may vary depending on working distance, reflector age, bulb hours, part reflectivity, and measurement method. The "UVA" values reflect output at 365 nm and above; "UVV" reflects output in the 305–320 nm range; both are produced simultaneously by the lamp assembly — they are not independently adjustable. Dynamic and static uniformity values are typical conveyor measurements with ±5% variation. Bulb replacement interval depends on operating hours and intensity requirements — plan maintenance at the 1,000-hour threshold or when measured intensity falls below process minimum. No external PLC/RS-232 control port — F-series configurations are controlled by belt speed adjustment only. For process integration requiring external control, specify an LED configuration (CDM™ + L64, L88, M51, or M62).
