UV Arc Flood Conveyor Curing System — Incure CDM™ + F200x2A

Incure CDM™ F200x2A is the highest-dose UVA arc configuration available on the CDM™ — the right choice when your process needs maximum UVA energy from a conventional arc source, for deeply pigmented adhesives, thick bond layers, or when belt speed must be maximised without dropping dose below cure threshold. It's a UVA-only UV arc flood conveyor curing system pairing the CDM™ 9″ polypropylene belt conveyor with two 600W F200 UVA lamp heads mounted in series along the belt, with no UVC tube. Parts pass under both heads in a single belt pass, accumulating double the UV dose of the F200x2AC — 4,500 mJ/cm² UVA at 6 ft/min compared to 2,250 mJ/cm² for the single-assembly configuration.

Doubles the UV Dose of the F200x2AC at the Same Belt Speed

The F200x2AC delivers 2,250 mJ/cm² UVA at 6 ft/min from a single 600W lamp assembly. The F200x2A mounts two F200 UVA heads in series — each part passes under both in one belt pass, accumulating 4,500 mJ/cm² UVA at 6 ft/min. This doubled dose advantage holds across the full speed range: 18,000 mJ/cm² at 1.5 ft/min (vs 9,000 for the F200x2AC) and 2,260 mJ/cm² at 12 ft/min (vs 1,130). At any given dose target, the F200x2A can run the belt approximately twice as fast — or at the same speed with a full 2× safety margin built into every production run without any change to the belt platform or curing height envelope.

UVA-Only Output — No UVC Ventilation or UVC-Specific Compliance Requirements

The F200x2A uses two 600W UVA lamps only — no UVC tube. Facilities that operate under process qualifications specified as UVA-only arc lamp exposure, or that have not installed UVC-rated exhaust ventilation, can run this configuration at full dose without introducing any UVC emission requirements. If your adhesive SDS or qualification data specifies that broadband UVA + UVC is required for full cure, specify the F200x2AC instead. If your process is qualified under UVA arc lamp exposure and maximum UVA dose is the primary requirement, the F200x2A is the correct selection.

4,500 mJ/cm² UVA at 6 ft/min — Highest Arc UVA Dose on the CDM™

At 6 ft/min the F200x2A delivers 4,500 mJ/cm² UVA — more than any other arc configuration on the CDM™ at the same belt speed (F100x2AC: 1,050; F100x2A: 2,100; F200x2AC: 2,250). At 1.5 ft/min the dose reaches 18,000 mJ/cm² UVA, providing the widest dose headroom in the CDM™ arc fleet for formulations that require extended or high-energy exposure. At 12 ft/min the dose is 2,260 mJ/cm² UVA — still higher than the F200x2AC at 6 ft/min — allowing high-throughput lines to maintain dose compliance at twice the nominal belt speed.

F200x2A consists of two 600W F200 UVA lamp heads mounted in series along the CDM™ belt conveyor. Each head delivers 350 mW/cm² at 365 nm independently; combined curing energy values reflect cumulative exposure from both heads in a single belt pass. UVA curing energy values are estimated based on measured irradiance at 2.0 inches and belt speed; actual dose may vary depending on working distance, reflector age, bulb hours, part reflectivity, and measurement method. Dynamic and static uniformity values are typical conveyor measurements with ±5% variation. Bulb replacement interval should be planned at the 1,000-hour threshold per head, or when measured intensity falls below process minimum — both heads should be replaced on the same maintenance cycle to maintain uniform dose across the two exposure zones. No external PLC/RS-232 control port — F-series configurations are controlled by belt speed adjustment only. For process integration requiring external control signals, specify an LED configuration (CDM™ + L64, L88, M51, or M62).
