Incure CDM™ / CDM™ Compact F400x2AC is the step up from the F200x2AC when your adhesive process needs more intensity than a 600W F200 configuration can deliver — 40% more peak irradiance in a single-assembly broadband arc format, on the same 5-inch maximum part width envelope. It's a broadband UVA + UVC UV arc flood conveyor curing system pairing the CDM™ or CDM™ Compact 9″ belt conveyor with a single F400x2AC lamp assembly — one UVA lamp head and one UVC lamp head, shipped as one unit. It delivers 490 mW/cm² at 365 nm (470 mW/cm² at 385/395/405 nm) and 2,630 mJ/cm² UVA at 6 ft/min, available on both the CDM™ (9″ polypropylene belt) and CDM™ Compact (9″ stainless-steel wire belt) — both with a 3.0″–6.5″ curing height range.
40% More Intensity Than the F200x2AC — Shorter Cure Cycles at Any Belt Speed
The F200x2AC delivers 350 mW/cm² at 365 nm from a single broadband arc lamp assembly. The F400x2AC steps up to 490 mW/cm² at 365 nm — 40% more peak irradiance from the same single-assembly broadband arc format. At 6 ft/min the dose increases from 2,250 mJ/cm² UVA (F200x2AC) to 2,630 mJ/cm² UVA (F400x2AC), a 17% increase in UV dose per belt pass. For adhesive processes that are already curing successfully with the F200x2AC but are running at belt speeds below their throughput target, the F400x2AC allows the same UV dose at approximately 17% higher belt speed — directly translating into throughput gain without a second pass or a dual-lamp configuration.
Available on CDM™ and CDM™ Compact — One Lamp Head, Two Belt Platforms
The F400x2AC lamp assembly is the first F-series configuration available on both the CDM™ (9″ polypropylene belt) and the CDM™ Compact (9″ stainless-steel wire belt) — both with a 3.0″–6.5″ curing height range. The F100 and F200 heads are available exclusively on the CDM™. The F400x2AC gives you the choice of belt platform at order time — polypropylene for general UV adhesive and coating processes, or stainless-steel wire for applications requiring a non-polymer belt surface (solvent-based processes, elevated-temperature exposure, or facilities requiring stainless for washdown compliance). The lamp head is the same unit on both platforms; only the conveyor chassis and P/N suffix differ.
2,630 mJ/cm² UVA at 6 ft/min — Highest Single-Assembly Broadband Arc Energy on the CDM™ Fleet
Among all x2AC (single-assembly broadband arc) configurations on the CDM™ fleet, the F400x2AC delivers the highest curing energy per belt pass at any given belt speed: 2,630 mJ/cm² UVA at 6 ft/min, compared to 2,250 mJ/cm² for the F200x2AC and 1,050 mJ/cm² for the F100x2AC. At the slowest speed (1.5 ft/min) the F400x2AC accumulates 10,500 mJ/cm² UVA — supporting deeply pigmented or thick adhesive layer formulations that require extended UV exposure. At 12.0 ft/min the dose is 1,320 mJ/cm² UVA, supporting high-throughput lines where the adhesive cure threshold is reached quickly.

F400x2AC consists of one lamp assembly containing one F400 UVA lamp head and one UVC lamp head, shipped as a single unit. UVA and UVV curing energy values are estimated based on measured irradiance at 2.0 and 2.5 inches and belt speed; actual dose may vary depending on working distance, reflector age, bulb hours, part reflectivity, and measurement method. Dynamic and static uniformity values are typical conveyor measurements with ±5% variation. Lamp assembly replacement should be planned at the 1,000-hour threshold, or when measured intensity falls below process minimum. Both the UVA and UVC lamp heads are replaced as a single assembly — individual lamp head replacement is not supported. No external PLC/RS-232 control port — F-series configurations are controlled by belt speed adjustment only. Mounting stand available as an optional accessory for F400 configurations. Maximum part width 5 inches (both CDM™ and CDM™ Compact platforms). Curing height 3.0″–6.5″ on both platforms.
