UV Conveyor Belt System — Incure CDM™
The Incure CDM™ is one conveyor chassis built to run interchangeable lamp heads — UV LED flood, UV LED focused beam, or conventional mercury-arc flood — so a change in cure chemistry means swapping the lamp head, not buying a new conveyor. Belt speed is the UV dose dial: slow it down for a deeper cure, run it faster for higher throughput, anywhere from 1.5 to 12.0 ft/min. For processes that require a non-polymer belt, the same lamp heads run on the CDM™ Compact's stainless-steel wire belt instead of the standard polypropylene.

Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions about the Incure CDM™ UV conveyor belt system.
-
The Incure CDM™ is a 9-inch polypropylene belt UV conveyor chassis running 1.5–12.0 ft/min, designed to accept interchangeable lamp heads for inline UV adhesive and coating cure. Compatible heads include UV LED flood (L64, L88), UV LED focused beam (M51, M62), and conventional UV flood (F100, F200, F400, F500) in x2AC or x2A configurations. F400 and F500 heads are also available on the CDM™ Compact — a separate chassis with a 9-inch stainless-steel wire belt — at the same 3.0–6.5 inch curing height.
-
The Incure CDM™ accepts UV LED flood heads (L64: 4-inch max width; L88: 8-inch max width), UV LED focused beam heads (M51: 1-inch; M62: 2-inch), and conventional UV flood heads in x2AC single-assembly or x2A dual-lamp configurations (F100 and F200 — both up to 8-inch part width; F400 and F500 — both up to 5-inch part width). F400 and F500 heads are also available on the CDM™ Compact, which uses a 9-inch stainless-steel wire belt instead of polypropylene. Complete intensity, curing energy, and P/N data for all 12 configurations is on the UV Conveyors page.
-
The Incure CDM™ belt runs from 1.5 ft/min (slowest — highest UV dose per pass) to 12.0 ft/min (fastest — lowest dose). The nominal speed is 6.0 ft/min. Adjusting belt speed directly controls the UV dose delivered: slower speeds provide higher mJ/cm² for thick adhesive layers or deeply pigmented coatings. The same belt speed range applies to the CDM™ Compact platform.
-
Yes — UV LED flood (L64, L88) and UV LED focused beam (M51, M62) configurations on the Incure CDM™ support PLC, RS-232, and foot-switch signal inputs, with switchable timer or continuous operating modes. Conventional UV flood configurations (F100, F200, F400, F500) do not include an external control port and are suited for standalone or manually triggered production workflows.
-
The Incure CDM™ uses a 9-inch polypropylene belt (anti-static option available) and accepts the full lamp head range — UV LED (L64, L88, M51, M62) and conventional UV flood (F100, F200, F400, F500). Curing height is 0.5–2 inches with LED heads, 0.5–5 inches with F100/F200, or 3.0–6.5 inches with F400/F500. Maximum part width up to 8 inches. The CDM™ Compact uses a 9-inch stainless-steel wire belt instead of polypropylene, for processes that require a non-polymer belt surface — it accepts F400 and F500 heads only, at the same 3.0–6.5 inch curing height, and maximum part width is 5 inches.
-
Lamp head selection depends on three factors: (1) Part width — L64 for up to 4 inches, L88/F100/F200 for up to 8 inches, F400/F500 for up to 5 inches, M51 for 1-inch bond lines, M62 for 2-inch; (2) Intensity — M51 delivers 6,150 mW/cm² at 365 nm (highest LED), L64/L88 at 1,900 mW/cm², F400/F500 at 490–590 mW/cm²; (3) UV spectrum — LED heads at 365/385/395/405 nm, F-series x2AC delivers broadband UVA+UVC, x2A delivers UVA only.
