FluxPro UM-380 — Centrifugal Paste Mixer

The FluxPro UM-380 centrifugal mixer is designed for fast, uniform mixing and effective de-airing of liquids, adhesives, resins, coatings and filled compounds. By combining powerful centrifugal mixing action with efficient bubble removal, the UM-380 helps achieve consistent viscosity, improved filler dispersion, reduced air entrapment and enhanced dispensing performance. It is ideal for laboratory, R&D and small-batch production environments where material consistency, process reliability and clean handling are critical.

Uniform Mixing and Filler Dispersion

Ensures resins, hardeners, additives, pigments, fillers and powders are evenly distributed throughout the material, and supports effective dispersion of silica, alumina, ceramic powders, pigments, thixotropic agents and other functional fillers. The result is a more homogeneous mixture with less batch-to-batch variation and better process control.

Defoaming and Air Removal

Removes trapped air bubbles introduced during mixing, reducing voids and improving the quality of adhesives, coatings, potting compounds and optical materials. Fewer unmixed areas and less trapped air contribute to stronger, cleaner and more reliable adhesive bonds, and minimise clogging, inconsistent flow, air pockets and void formation during syringe, cartridge or automated dispensing.

Small-Batch Preparation

Well suited to R&D trials, sample preparation, customised formulations and low-volume production. Suitable materials include two-part epoxies, UV-curable adhesives with fillers, silicones, thermal interface materials, conductive adhesives, potting compounds, and thixotropic and high-viscosity materials.
