Incure C141C is the general-purpose batch curing chamber in the C-Series™ — the mid-range cubic enclosure for assemblies, multi-component loads, and production batches where the compact C131C's 7.1-inch cube is too small and the C191C's large-format space is more than the process requires. Unlike the C131C, the C141C includes an adjustable shelf that sets the lamp-to-part curing distance across the full 11.8-inch internal height, adapting the chamber to the specific LED lamp and part geometry without hardware changes.

Adjustable Shelf — Set the Curing Distance the C131C Cannot

The C131C has a fixed chamber height with no shelf — the lamp-to-part distance is determined by the 7.1-inch internal space and cannot be adjusted. The C141C's adjustable shelf positions the part at any height within the 11.8-inch internal space, letting the engineer optimize the curing distance for the specific LED array and adhesive without changing the chamber or lamp. For processes that require a defined irradiance value at the part surface — not just the lamp's rated output — this adjustability is what makes process documentation possible.

Cures Multiple Components Per Cycle — No Limit to One Part at a Time

The 11.8″ × 11.8″ internal floor area accommodates multiple components, tray fixtures, or a single larger assembly in a single cure cycle — eliminating the one-part-at-a-time constraint of the C131C's 7.1-inch cube. For batch testing, production qualification runs, and low-to-medium volume assembly processes where throughput matters, the C141C increases cycle productivity without changing the lamp, the adhesive, or the cure parameters.

Adjustable shelf; drawer-activated UV shut-off; foot-switch / PLC / RS-232 control interface; forced-air cooling with louvers. No integrated temperature sensor.

The C141C is compatible with L11, L22, L33, and L44 UV LED flood lamps only. For flat substrates requiring horizontal drawer loading, specify the C131D (11.8″ × 11.8″ × 3.1″ drawer). For single-component or R&D samples where bench footprint must be minimized, specify the C131C (7.1″ × 7.1″ × 7.1″). For L88, L1010, L1212, or L1414 lamps — which exceed the L44's 4-inch × 4-inch footprint — specify the C191C (19.7″ × 19.7″ × 13.8″ internal).
