M122 — UV Focused Beam Curing System, 12″ × 2″ Beam Area
Incure M122 takes the M121's 12-inch length and doubles the beam depth from 1″ to 2″. Where the M121 concentrates 108 LEDs into a 1″ strip for maximum intensity on a narrow seam, the M122 uses 216 LEDs to maintain that same 3,100 mW/cm² intensity across a 12″ × 2″ zone. The result is a system that cures bond interfaces with both significant length and meaningful width — panel edge seals, multi-row SMD arrays that extend 2 inches deep, and flange bonds where the adhesive spans 2 inches perpendicular to the long axis — in one uninterrupted exposure.
Doubles the Beam Depth of the M121 Over the Same 12-Inch Length
The M121 and M122 share the same 12-inch length. The M122 adds the second inch of beam depth the M121 cannot cover — 216 LEDs across a 12″ × 2″ zone vs the M121's 108 LEDs across 12″ × 1″. For bond interfaces where the adhesive spans both a 12-inch run and a 2-inch width — a panel-edge seal, a dual-row SMD array, a frame bond on a rectangular assembly — the M122 cures the full area in a single exposure. The M121 would require two passes with repositioning to cover the same width.
Maintains 3,100 mW/cm² Across the Full 12″ × 2″ Footprint
Doubling the beam depth requires doubling the LED count to maintain intensity. The M122 uses 216 LEDs — twice the M121's 108 — so irradiance at 2.0″ stays at 3,100 mW/cm² at 365 nm across the entire 12″ × 2″ area. No intensity drop at the edges of the zone, no gradient across the 2-inch depth. The same UV dose reaches every point of the bond interface simultaneously, producing consistent cure across the full footprint in one trigger cycle.

Irradiance values measured at 100% output intensity at the specified working distance. Peak intensity at 365 nm exceeds 385/395/405 nm output for the M122 array — this is a characteristic of the LED die efficiency at 365 nm for M-Series™ focused-beam configurations. The M122 maintains the same 3,100 mW/cm² irradiance as the M62 by using 216 LEDs across its 12″ × 2″ footprint (vs the M62's 108 LEDs across 6″ × 2″). Wavelength is factory-configured at order; specify 365 nm, 385 nm, 395 nm, or 405 nm when ordering. LED lifespan rated at greater than 20,000 operating hours under standard conditions; no recalibration or bulb replacement required during normal service life.
