L9000-BASE — UV LED Spot Curing Controller (Base Unit)
Incure L9000-BASE is the controller behind every L9000™ configuration. Purchase separately and pair with the lightguide the application requires — Cool Guide for tight-access geometries, Short Guide for standard bench-top, Long Guide for deep-reach automated lines. When the application changes, swap the guide; the controller stays. RS-232 port and programmable timer support manual single-button operation and fully automated line sequences from the same unit.
One Controller — Any L9000™ Lightguide Configuration
The L9000-BASE accepts the Cool Guide, Short Guide, and Long Guide interchangeably. Start with the configuration the current application needs. When a new product family or fixture geometry arrives, connect a different guide — the controller, intensity settings, and timer programs carry over without recalibration or service. No new hardware required to change configurations.
One Controller Across Your Entire L9000™ Lightguide Inventory
Supports up to 4 independent lightguides simultaneously — run four Cool Guides on four adjacent assemblies, or mix guide types across a multi-station fixture. Laboratories and production lines maintaining multiple part families can standardise on a single controller model; lightguides become the only configuration-specific consumable. Intensity and timing are programmable independently per trigger cycle, not per guide.

Factory-configured to a single wavelength at order (365 / 375 / 385 / 395 / 405 nm) — select the wavelength matching your adhesive's peak absorption. 10–100% intensity adjustable on the front panel or via RS-232. Programmable timer 0.1–999.9 s. 15,000-hour LED life — no recalibration at any stage; replace the LED light source module at end of life and resume production immediately.
