L9000-CG Cool Guide — 24 mm Cube Head UV Lightguide
Incure L9000-CG Cool Guide enters fixture geometries the Short Guide and Long Guide cannot — its 24 mm cube head fits gaps and recesses where a standard cylindrical guide tip would foul the part. The integrated fan cools the guide head directly at the cure point, keeping heat away from thermally sensitive adhesives and components during the cure cycle. Delivers the same 7,500 mW/cm² output as the Short Guide and Long Guide when paired with the L9000™ controller; only the head geometry changes.
Fits Fixture Clearances the Short Guide and Long Guide Cannot Enter
The 24 mm cube head profile is smaller in two dimensions than a standard cylindrical lightguide tip. In production fixtures with close-tolerance walls, adjacent PCB components, or recessed bond faces, the cube head enters without fouling. The coiled cable reaches across the fixture without adding guide length — the 83 mm total length keeps the body out of the work envelope while the tip reaches in.
Actively Cools the Guide Tip — No Heat Transfer to the Assembly
The integrated DC fan draws air across the cube head during the cure cycle. High-intensity UV spot curing generates heat at the tip; without active cooling that heat transfers into the adhesive or the substrate. The Cool Guide's fan exhausts that heat before it reaches the bond line — critical for thermally sensitive optics, medical device housings, or thin polymer substrates where a temperature rise above 5–10°C changes adhesive viscosity before cure completes.
7,500 mW/cm² From a 24 mm Cube Head at 9 mm Focal Point
The compact head geometry imposes no intensity penalty. At 9 mm focal distance: 7,500 mW/cm² (365 nm, 100% output). At 10 mm: 5,000 mW/cm². At 17 mm: 2,300 mW/cm². At 25 mm: 450 mW/cm². Configure wavelength at order (365 / 375 / 385 / 395 / 405 nm); intensity is adjustable 10–100% via the L9000™ controller.

Irradiance values measured at 100% output intensity, 365 nm configuration, tip-to-surface focal point distances as indicated. Actual irradiance at other wavelengths (375–405 nm) follows the same focal point vs distance relationship. Active cooling (integrated guide fan) maintains tip temperature within ±5°C of ambient during continuous operation. Controller LED life rated at 15,000 operating hours under standard conditions.
